Noticed this bug in missions where I was surrounded by health orbs so went to Simulacrum to test, exiting to relay each iteration (because of a different/separate visual bug where my companion in HUD isn't updated despite unequipping or switching to another companion).
Observations:
In a tweet dated Oct 6, 2023, Pablo stated "Orb pickups at max also work for Equilibrium."
I asked in Q&A chat and one of the regulars whom I trust said that he was not seeing the problem with Equilibrium.
