I have problems with the touch pad

I had gear binded to the "swipes", left was Omni, right was Archgun, up was Archwing launcher and down was K-Drive; now they just do Warframe abilities

I tried to change, unbind and rebind but that's not working

Verified, I had an almost identical setup (left was scanner instead, but otherwise the same). No longer works, triggers Warframe abilities.

  2. I've come to notice that players joining my railjack typically take around 1.5-2 minutes to do so, from the initial mention of their name. However, when I join someone's railjack, I'm in within 30 seconds.

I do have an SSD installed in my PS4, so generally get improved loading times, but the difference for railjack is much larger compared to regular missions. Is there a reason for this?

  3. So this particular song - "Walking in the Air" - has strong ties to my childhood, originally written by Howard Blake for the short Christmas film "The Snowman" in 1982. Given its age and huge popularity in the UK, I hope that it's applicable to this contest. It's been my pleasure to adapt it to Warframe.

I present to you "Gliding through the Air", best sung to this piano piece.

    Gliding through the Air

    We're gliding through the air,
We're shooting from the moonlit sky.
    The Grineer far below
    Are falling as we fly.

    We're aiming down our sights,
I'm drifting in the midnight blue.
    I'm finding I can fly
    So high above with you.

    - Interlude -

    All across the plains,
The garrisons go by in flames.
    The towers on the hills
    All destroyed by warframes.

    Grineer gaze, open mouthed,
    Taken by surprise.
    Grakatas down below
    Barrage the skies.

    We're soaring through the air,
We're blinking in the frozen sky.
    We're skimming over lakes
    As wisps are floating by.

    - Interlude -

    Suddenly, swooping low,
    On a pool so deep.
    Rising up, a teralyst
    Wakes from his sleep.

    We're gliding through the air,
We're twirling in the midnight sky,
    And everything that sees
Us shoots us and we die.

If this ends up winning anything, it would warm my heart if the team sang it on the dev stream.

  4. Once inside the Liset's decoration placement mode, I cannot leave it without closing the game down entirely - it says press circle to exit, but that does nothing. In addition - probably related - I cannot cancel out of placing items because pressing circle also does nothing in that mode, too. In order to "cancel" placing an item, I have to finish placing it, and then remove it. However, when editing a display picture, pressing circle does correctly exit picture editing.

  5. When playing with a controller, it's extremely convenient to have Sprint in toggle mode. However, if you have previously toggled sprint on (as one will do very frequently), one of two things will happen when using Prowl:

    • The ability will just do nothing. You'll cast it, and nothing's happened except wasted energy.
    • The ability does stealth you, but the moment you move, you will be unstealthed (because you're still sprinting).

Due to the way Prowl works, using it should immediately turn off toggled sprint (as a player would obviously not cast it and intend it to fail).

  6. When resuming from standby on the PS4 (after *not* closing the game), the game will resume as intended. However, the navigation list (alerts, etc.) are not refreshed. Anything that was in the list before entering standby will still be there if it has not expired, but nothing new will appear. This is a new bug, as it didn't happen previously. It might be related to U18, or the fact that I'm running the 4.0 beta firmware on the PS4. Restarting the game will refresh the list. It's possible that starting a random mission and returning to your ship will also work, but I have not tried it.

  8. I was able to log in last night to Warframe. Long enough to claim stuff from foundry, heal my kubrow, put it into stasis and even run a 15 min survival on Mercury, I didn't try to push my luck anymore after that though.

Seems like it's pretty much hit or miss, depending on when you try to log on.

You shouldn't have any issues once you've managed to get past the login stage. If you're able to keep your PS4 on, Warframe should still run until it's closed, or your actual internet dies.
