Update: Neither solving the puzzle nor getting into the hallway counts, you actually have to open the inner door and set foot in the lab in order for it to count.

I received the Nightwave challenge "Mad Lab" as a recovered objective this week, and despite completing Ananke (Jupiter Capture) and opening the secret lab, the Nightwave challenge was not counted. Here is a "Last Mission Results" screenshot to show that I did in fact open the lab (got the Gas City Cloud Vista Scene as proof). Also not sure why it says "Mission Failed" when reviewing the last mission results.
