Apparently its not just Operators that experience this, its drifters too. Probably has something to do with a mechanic they forgot to remove.

The issue has been fixed but the resources are still negative.

Same issue here on PC. So are they just going to fix the issue from happening again? What about the clans that have already encountered the issue? Are they just supposed to deal with the issue by farming the overzealous amounts that the clan might've already gotten close to farming already?
