Yup. If you kill enemies in the circle it take a few seconds off the timer. With enough enemies killed, it'll only take <10 secs between each scan instead of the full timer.

Just give us another sigil that just show Bloodshed sigil effects all the time. They did it with Rift sigil that get more visible based on your energy. We have Scars of Arbitration that has the same visual as Rift but show all the times.
