[In-game information on how to farm Warframe components?]

Hello, everyone.

I just got the the blueprint for Protea. Then, as I typically do, searched online for how/where to farm the components. This may be a silly question, but I'm compelled to ask:
Does Warframe have any info in-game for how/where to find Warframe components? I've become so accustomed to just searching online, I may have become blind to it within the game itself.

I have also noticed this, and confirm the toggle crouch element PureMalice mentioned. Really throws my maneuverability and slide attacks off quite a bit.
