Same problem here. i5, 3060Ti, running Enhanced engine before the update with no stutters, now it's intrusive stuttering in every mission. I haven't even tried Duviri yet, I found this on regular star chart missions (not Steel Path so regular enemy numbers), every 20s or so the game pauses for half a second to a second. I've optimised and verified the cache and seen no difference. The fans on my PC are also putting in overtime where before they were barely noticeable pre-update.
