My own biased opinion:
1. Mesa Devil Ranger. Keep going back and forth between regular Mesa and Graxx; you'll notice that not only is the helmet the main selling point but, it actually removes some details on Regular Mesa's body. Making it an inferior skin in my book.
2. Everything Nekros. But that's because I'm obsessed...
3. Riven capacity so you can sell the hot ticket item of the game with less restriction in capacity. Spend plat to make plat in this one.

I like the loophole DE has purposely created because they can't just admit that they don't know how to create different human bodies. So sign me up. They're centuries old and in a "loli" body. Mhmmmmmmm.

Auto-decay is a *@##$. If we could let it be destroyed at last we would have enough of a backlash from us for new players not having a resource to help them. Which would pretty much force DE to finally address relay construction after all these years.
