  1. That'd be perspective. As Metal_Izanagi also said, the PC players experience things that the console players don't. Specifically, bugs that are caught and neutralized on PC before being ported to the PS4/XB1. It's impossible to fully understand an issue unless you have all the perspectives. To complain about something on consoles like this without having access to the PC players' perspective is to whine about something that isn't fully understood, typically resulting in ignorant posts. When you guys get the content, you'll get a better experience than when PC players first got it.

For example, False Profit. That event required 15 Bursas to be hacked at first, before they buffed Bursas to give more points as you got higher and higher in Bursa level. So when you guys get it, it WON'T require 15 successful Bursa hacks to win (unless you fail hardcore at destroying them - if memory serves, score is based on TTK once Lotus gives the green light to do so). More streamlined process, less of a boring grind, more happiness all around. That and you guys who use the forums and whatnot already have an idea of what to do.

Most people going into Blackout, for example, had no clue that they'd be dealing with 70+ Grineer Manics all at once. But those of you who use the forums already know what to expect and may have seen a variety of tactics that were used and publicized by the playerbase to deal with the challenges approaching.

When you get the Trial, guides will be up and ready to use immediately so that your first runs aren't absolutely blind. You also know what the rewards are, in case that might be enough to push you to find raid teams or to just say "nah, not interested."

This is not always a good thing, though.  We miss out on the fun and profitable 'mistakes' as well: we'll never know the joy of bouncing squadmates around with the Tonkor; we never got to 'earn' Legendary cores, etc.

And as far as I'm concerned, the events and trials business you're talking about is a minus, a big minus.  I'd love to the the chance to go into a Warframe raid or event completely blind, with nobody in the community having any prior knowledge or expectations of knowledge either.  I wish there was a reasonable way to make that happen.  [Which is why everybody on console should work as hard as possible to diverge the timelines when we get Tubemen, assuming that DE wouldn't rig it or ignore the results for future events if we do...]

  2. Our console teams have all hands on deck for the next major update.

With performance improvements on 8 player Trials of Retribution, Blackout Tactical Alert, Operation False Profit AND Operation Tubemen of Regor, there will be lots of new things to keep one occupied in the coming major update.

Has Ogma Elite been forgotten, or is it already in the update we're on now and going to start soon?

  3. You should just never do two allied syndicates.  Just do one, and let the other gain rep passively only from the alliance.

Then you can easily end up with three, and if you want to throw a little extra effort into it you can keep four going.

(Example: Just do SM and let RV level up from the spillover only.  Once you've gotten what you need from Veil, start doing Suda and let Hexis level up passively.  Either go back to SM to balance out the negative Veil rep to go for 4 syndicates or don't and end up with the left three quicker.)

(Actually, don't do this, do the exact opposite.  Almost everybody has tons of Meridian and Suda stuff, but fewer people go heavy on the right side and so your things will have better trading value.)

  4. Also, random heads up, I noticed in your thread you stated you could sell arcane helmets, it is true that they are tradable, but Arcane Helmets don't exist on Xbox One, so there is no way you could sell any to people looking to buy on Xbox.

Wasn't there a PC->Xbox One account transfer right after that version came out?  Plenty of Arcane helmets could have entered the Xbox marketplace at that time.

  5. Since you keep talking about how it's a bad thing that peopler are playing the same game modes over and over, why did you then turn around and put  five out of the eight new prime parts in a single game mode, Tower Survival?

  6. If the whole 'destruction of the void' think is happening inside the Volt Prime Access timeframe I'd image they'd want to put several new weapons into whatever the post-void system is going to be, just to make sure that veterans have reason to use it immediately...

  7. Back during the tiny window between when Void and Derelict sabotage were introduced and the sabotage third cache rewards were taken out because of exploiters, Derelict Sabotage's third cache gave drops from the other derelict missions with reward tables.  However, when the third caches were put back in the Void, the derelict's has stayed the same as any system sabotage with caches.

Any chance you can put those rewards back?  With the drops ODSab would be a viable mission type that would actually see some play...

  8. I think it's possible not all emptied slots(from Frost's, Latron's, and Reaper's removal) would need to be filled up. They might just leave some as is.

There's not that much free, actually.  Because people can buy prime access before doing the quest, Odanta prime has to have a melee and a gun associated with it, so that's another seven slots.  Five slots is probably about right for duplicates, maybe with one used to give Nova helm a second place to drop now that it's a syndicate requirement.

Or they could shuffle the void entirely one last time.  But that seems like more effort than a doomed system is going to get.

  9. Veritux..?

Hmm maybe the Odanata Prime comes with a Veritux and Imperator of its own? Would explain why no Primed weapon was listed. But this is speculation

If it's possible to build Odanta Prime without having done the Archwing quest it would have to...(Although preventing building it or claiming it would have been an easy solution.) (Edit: they're probably not locking Prime Access to the quest, so yeah, it must come with it.)

A frame and an archwing account for 8 of the void drop slots that are about to be freed up, leaving 14 unaccounted for.  I doubt that more than one of each is going to drop two places, so, what, second locations for things from the last few rounds of prime?  There's room for Veritux prime and a prime gun (I'd rather see anything else prime rather than a third Imperator...) to each be done individually easily.

Edit: So maybe a two-level blueprint, Odanta Prime requiring Odanta Prime Frame, Veritux Prime Assembly, and Imperator Prime Assembly, each of those three being a 'normal' void blueprint with 2-3 parts?

  10. While doing a syndicate sabotage on the corpus ice planet tileset, in the room with the sabotage target, we triggered an alarm, but there was no terminal anywhere in that tile to reset it.

The only terminal that could ever appear on the mini-map was apparently just on the opposite side of the locked door in the tunnel below the tile; the icon didn't appear when standing at the door but only when standing on the edge of the tile above that tunnel. (where a graphical glitch could be seen, a rectangular panel floating in the air).  Obviously, it couldn't be reached from there either.

  11. The earliest possible is late April.  (There are Tactical Alerts scheduled through mid-April; they're not going to have a update hit right in the middle of either of those.  And with a big update like this I'd expect the 16.0.x hotfix cycle to take two weeks anyhow before they reach the build they're going to be using for the consoles, another two weeks to actually do the port, and 1-2 weeks for cert, so that's about right, late April or early May.)
