  1. noticed this bug over on the PC forums too. Can confirm it also affects switch. When you use the archwing slingshot to enter a corpus flagship for the main away mission, the mission will instantly be deemed a failure and you will be instantly sent back to dojo. Cy is no longer a fan of fun. I repeat. Cy is no longer a fan of fun. Between this and DE still doing nothing about Operators routinely getting locked into spamming the useless void blast melee every other mission, I wonder what the DE devs are even doing over there. Like these are serious game ruining mission fail causing bugs and they've done nothing about them across all consoles with over, is it 8 or 9 hotfixes now?
  2. yeah so it's normal right after a cursor change but after that after either a short while of playing, or the next time I log out and log back in, it becomes an extremely blurry pixelated jpeg, not a severe bug but it is an eyesore I would like to see patched soon.
  3. I've seen multiple posts about it but it's not getting enough traction and I need this fixed as it happens every single run I have, and ruins missions. Something is breaking melee to where we are stuck spamming it and can't stop. this can happen to your warframe, your operator, your drifter. It affects all game modes. It happens to me in Duviri and gets me killed or interrupts puzzles forcing me to frantically spam for 5 minutes until my drifter mercifully stops auto-meleeing. it happens to my warframes when I hop out of transference. It happens to my drifter when I hop back *in* transference. how do they melee? it somehow uses the old scrapped void blast melee that does no damage and was removed for being pretty much useless. Now it's a coin toss wether I'll even get to use my drifter or operator in a mission without them being stuck spamming the void blast melee for the entire rest of the mission. hope you didn't want to have to self rez with unairu! god forbid you need your amp to cycle profit takers shields! you're stuck auto-spamming melee no matter *what* buttons you mash to try and stop it, and if you're *lucky* it *might* eventually stop. This is out of control, leads to missions failing because buttons literally will not respond, it is literally such a severe performance issue that we are frequently being forced to abort missions the second it starts happening. WHO BROKE MELEE??? AND WHY HAS IT NOT EVEN BEEN MENTIONED IN THE PAST 5 HOTFIXES MUCH LESS FIXED??? I EVEN GET STUCK AUTOMELEEING IN MY ARCHWING ON THE ORB VALLIS AND PLAINS OF EIDOLON SOMETIMES, THAT SHOULDN'T EVEN BE POSSIBLE???
  4. yeah we need this fixed, they finally fixed my FOV setting problem after *years*, not looking forward to needing to re-enable motion blur every time I log in for the next three years until they suddenly get around to fixing it
  5. it's the only thing that makes up for the awful frame rates for most of us, it artificially smooths out the frames. on other consoles that can do 60fps is makes sense to turn it off, but on the switch being capped at 30fps is so painful to look at that we use motion blur to sort of "simulate higher frame rates", coming off motion blur after years of use and being forced to accept the true framerate is jarring. However, to me it's nowhere near as atrocious as how they removed all the lighting effects from the game and made it feel barebones. I have entire dojo rooms that used to glow with warm orange lantern light, reduced to lifeless cold rooms with pale yellow lanterns that don't give off a glow at all, everything feels bleached, cold, depressing, less well lit, and the low frame rate can no longer be ignored
  6. yeah much as I hate to say it, I could do without everything else *but* motion blur, and truth be told bloom was also nice. It gave the *illusion* of the switch having decent graphics, and now that illusion is completely shattered, I know the switch isn't really designed to keep up with this new engine, but to be honest I would prefer more push on my Switch's processor to having to see frame rates this bad and graphics this, painful to look at. It's even worse than just motion blur at this point, bloom is gone, nothing lights up properly, the warm glow of lanterns we placed in our dojo is gone and replaced by lifeless yellow paper marshmallows with no real glow, the lighting in various dojo rooms doesn't hit the grass. There are no reflections, no lighting works, I could maybe live without the motion blur but even the lighting is screwed up now. This feels almost like an attempt to force switch users to change consoles. It's not unplayable but it just feels atrocious to look at, even colors don't seem to show accurately.
  7. Exactly as stated in the title. This has been a problem for me for years now, ever since I think Grendel's release, and it's not my first time reporting it. I need something done about this, I swear I can't keep logging in and needing to go to settings and reset my field of view settings back to my preferred settings every time. To give exact explanation of the problem, I've always found the base FOV to be way too tight, and prefer to keep it at the max setting of 90. for some reason, even though I set it to this, every time I launch my game, it sets my FOV back to the default, forcing me to set my FOV to 90 in the menu every time I log in. I've spent a while hoping it would be fixed, I've even submitted reports in the past to no avail. I need a fix. Asap. It's driving me insane. I can hear the man in the wall and my sanity is in fact disappearing. I beg thee, good tenno of the switch, alert the devs, get the FOV settings working correctly. You are my only hope.
