To unlock Steel Path is the same way as Arbitrations, when you get close, the Arbitrations section in the Alerts of the Navigation Bar/Menu (I don't know what else to call it the bar in the upper right of the Navigation Screen) will offer a list of the remaining nodes that need to be cleared to unlock Arbitrations. From my experience, you only get progress for drops from the active window/tab. If it's playing in the background or you have multiple streams, there is a good chance progress will halt. This is a Twitch thing, and has nothing to do with Warframe or DE.

If the same skin is on multiple platforms, you do not need to purchase it multiple times. The exception to this is TennoGen that is purchased after Thursday, November 24th, 2023 2pm ET. At most, a TennoGen skin would need to be purchased twice, once on PC, and once on any console. I.e. If a TennoGen is purchased on Playstation, it becomes available on Xbox and Switch.

If Operator dies during Last Gasp, you cannot switch to operator after being revived by squad. In order to get Operator back you would have to die and either use Last Gasp to revive yourself or wait for the revive time-out.
