Not all of the spawn at the beginning of the mission. As you complete puzzles and objectives more puzzles will spawn around the map. Last time i did a solo 2 hours Duviri experience run i got 14 puzzles. Come back to the castle a few times in the run by fast travel and check for new puzzles as its the place with the biggest concentration of possible spawns in Duviri (9 on the surface and 2 in the caves underneath). If you do it in a group there`s a chance more puzzles will spawn as there are a few that can be done only with 2+ players and don`t spawn in solo.
