In a game like warframe I think story skip doesn't make sense at all, making the grind less "grindy" might be better, or even offering an option to play through the story without needing star chart/mr progression with premade equipment. If all is for the new stuff, then dont put hard caps on the new content and allow new players to try it with premade loadouts like in Duviri.
