High ping probably? Cause i've been playing warframe on linux for 3 years now and the only time that "bug" happens to me is when I spam transference too quickly with a high ping host and my solution is to let mobs kill me and I force respawn. Also DE does not support linux so goodluck with your linux related warframe issues.
