I get your trying to even out the price by adding more plait but the plot is not the issue most people can earn plaid if you are having trouble making plat then you do not need it you need to just farm for the prime frames and the weapons honestly it discount would have been more justifiable You're adding plait and regal Aya to something that should have just been a cheaper skin pack for maybe 20 bucks or 25 bucks cuz I will say those skins are worth at least 20 bucks but not for what you're trying to put it out for. No I have not heard back from my ticket they're probably not going to fix it until the reset so everyone's just going to have to get used to missing out on all their rewards I already got used to it cuz I know they're not going to fix it this is typical DE fashion they usually do not fix problems like this until the server weekly reset and this has been a problem in the game for a while now it's just getting worse and if they stop doing updates and took their time to fix bugs that are been in the game for years now it wouldn't be so bad So I guess DE rather line our balls up like a pair of bowling pins this is clearly they don't want to do anything about it until they strike out cuz nothing says we matter than a bruised sack and going back to a job we freaking hate instead of being able to relax and have fun playing a game to escape up away from certain things like that that is why people play games but hell what do I know 😂😂😂

I understand where you're coming from but you do realize most people have spending money on this game too I'm annoyed about it I am not happy that I spent a lot of money on the game but you really think a lawsuit's going to solve the issue if anything it's going to make it worse cuz that means they got to take time away from fixing stuff to go to court to do with more stuff and then no one's going to get help I agree with everything else you're saying but yeah no the lawsuit makes no sense

Oh yeah I have the same problem it's happened twice to me now you know for the amount of money that I dumped into this game it feels like a wasted investment at this point that and they rather listen to people that want Rush content instead of fixing stuff that is borderline ruining the game for other people
