If you are going for CC you should go for OE, since strength only affect damage on his abilities and the amount of healing per tick on his 4th ability.

I think the door will open when U19 will come out, as far as i understand its the future room for our cavats.

I don't think so because all your progression is saved on DE's servers, rather on your PC.

The problem is that DE makes some frames OP on release date and decide to nerf/change them after more than half a year after people invested their forma and time with the frame/weapon. Like mesa, OP on release or not, why they changed her after so many time? same thing goes for excal and trinity.
If DE could take their time when a new frame/nerf/buff comes out, instead of just play test it so it doesn't have major bugs in it, they are just like "Oh ok its working we are done here".
Not saying DE does poor work, i just hope they will play test their thing more on various game mods, maps and combinations with other frames.

isn't conclave rating supposed to show how much our gear is upgraded? maybe a conclave rating matchmaking system where we can be matched with player with about the same progress as us?

Not really, i guess DE want us to be using our guns and max them but not to the point that they take over abilities.
There was just to many "Press 4 to begin a genocide" abilities, and they not even nerfed them all, they just don't want you to kill everything easily 100m away from your target.
I do agree that some nerfs are just a lazy solutions for some major problems like enemy AI or armor scaling, or that there are frames that desperately need a rework like nekros, hydroid or zephyer.

I feel like trinity could have handled much better, maybe make her ult charge like inaros, the more strength the faster you charge maybe?

You are not forced to use SC, use forma to change polarities as much as you want.
you can also mod to a blank polarity, but you would probably need forma on another slot.

Pretty sure all passivies are only for the one who have them in their kit, Aura mods are being "shared" and stacked.

Removing Tonkor's no self damage probably won't happen since one of the features of the Tonkor is "Rocket jump" or how you want to call it. I do agree that the other launchers need some sort of a buff, especially Ogris.

Its way to unreliable to do it consistently. i got way to much common mods from 4x rare mods, it basically CSGO trade-up with out a better reward guarantee
