I was on a team and we all went to the Railjack to kill our liches, so far so good, at the end of the mission, one of them decides to split without us having evacuated and arrived at the Railjack, the host is changed and the loading scene appears, a little glittery but nothing of the other world, when the mission ends we did not get any reward by killing the lich, we check and the liches are still alive, as if we never did the mission but we finish it, it is stupid and annoying that "bug" because it does not only happen in that type of missions (which I just discovered) if not that also happens in many others, fix your host change.
