Appreciate it, looks great! Does this app have any risks of using it? Do I get banned?

Hi, everyone! I've been playing warframe around two years but not continuously. My MR is 12 but I feel like I am stuck at the very point that I am. I cannot progress further in the game, most of the people that is on my rank already have their riven mods, arcanes and 10k plats. I deal zero dmg to bosses. The thing I do when I am playing the game is simple, judge me by this and correct my mistake, I NEED HELP! I open the game and I instantly go for relic fissures, I do not follow quests (completed until second dream), I have tenno who also deals zero dmg to anything in the game. I go farm prime parts then either sell them for plats or craft them. The only thing increasing is my mastery rank, I have no power when compared to the people on my rank. I am sure that I haven't even seen %90 of the content yet. Never slayed an Eidolon Boss, never played Steel Path, have no progress in syndicates, can't even fully upgrade a golden mod yet. Is there a method that I should follow? I literally don't know how to play warframe, help (screams of a dying man).
