when entering a mission on Uranus via Archwing health is reduced, this happens with modded and unmodded health

trying to complete Nightwave, i went to get a Target from Simaris, (a Corrupted Bombard)and when i get to capture or exterminate missions in the Void the Target doesn't spawn preventing me from completing the hunt
