I mean didnt the community whine 24/7 about railjack being to disconnected from the game, boring, repetitive etc? People wanted to whine about it and this is what we get. NOW YOU WHINE WHEN WE GET IT? Tf is wrong with the community? Can you never be fckn happy for once? They fckn listened to make Railjack Better and more connected.

Nothing they did in this patch made the railjack better. Hell it is now much worse than the... Wonderful state it was in at original release.

IS that a Joke.. Why do we have to waste ENDO + CREDITS + FORMA to make our ship the same as before ? Ah yeah.. Artifically inflating play time .. It is insane how disconnected the person, that thought of this, is from TIME INVESTMENT in the game

Its funny that they legit seem to think that this WILL increase the game time. Railjack just isn't the kind of content that you'd want to waste time or resources on. Not even after a full years of fixes and tweaks.

Reducing speed of railjacks absolutely sucks and I hate that decision since it completely slows down progressing through railjack so much BUT all these other changes are very good and I look forward to playing more railjack whenever command is finished since I'm not allowed to earn intrinsics if i've played it to the point i've maxed the current trees.

Lots of great fixes and QOL changes. Good stuff!

Erm they doubled the speed of railjacks?

The boost doesn't boost so hard anymore that's true but the base speed is 2x.

It's lovely that you took all this time to change and improve on Railjack, but you literally didn't have to make it so easy. I'm aware some people find it challenging and some changes were welcome, but why squish the difficulty of enemies so much? I mean RJ is supposed to be semi-endgame content. Now it's going to feel like a meatgrinder (and not towards us) in the same footsteps as the rest of the game.

I must be the odd one out, but I actually enjoyed the artificial difficulty increase in RJ missions, the tougher enemies and the decent grind requires to make it all work. It was on the fine line of being decent without being too much (as opposed to grinding for stuff that has like 0.5% drop rate).

Can't it be tiered? Classic MMO dungeon style where you can select a difficulty tier before starting a mission. I know there probably aren't that many who would want to use it, but it wouldn't really require much effort from your behalf apart from just changing the multipliers for mobs and ships, keep the loot the same maybe just nominal increases in resources/drops, just give us something challenging to do without having to literally run hours long endurance runs with Braton, that's just taking it too far as i'd like to see a challenge with all the gear and equipment i've put years of my life obtaining be put to the test not purposely using a bad setup just because there's no more challenging content left.

DE succumbs yet again to those who can't get their desired outcome within a day it seems. It's understandable you want to please as much as your playerbase as possible - that's your bread and butter, but why can't you give those of us who don't want everything be turned to a meat factory or build rome in a day something to do? Just simple difficulty tiers, and maybe just for Veil Proxima, the most difficult missions and leave earth and saturn as it is for those who just want a casual experience without the hassle. I don't judge.

I'm more of a lover of difficult content (not artificially lowering my builds and setups to make easy content difficult, that defeats the purpose of the game where getting your ideal setup right is the entirety of the content), i look forward to mastering difficult situations and perfect a routine, tactics and the more you can throw my way to overcome the happier I would be, surely I can't be the only person who dislikes content that's deliberately made more easy?

Apart from that - great job on fixing many of the issues and bugs, it was long overdue. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for listening to my rant...

Yep they turned it into a glorified shooting gallery... It was tense, it was involved and I loved it. Now? I just solo'd some nodes in the veil and wasn't threatened at any point...

Another mode where once you've cleared all the nodes you'll never touch again. A shame really but hey we had our fun as short as it was.

  5. I like this its far better than the constant moaning and pleads that DE must get rid of them

Oh most people who really did put forward a real complaint said that:

    a) in the void the shield is not hp based

    and

    b) the nullifiers further turn this game into SomaFrame/BlotterPFrame

  6. Does anyone ever read the patch note?

    137061ccd2.png

Do people who keep posting about this "change" even log into the game before posting?

Yes maybe it works like that for the corpus nullifiers. They never posed a problem in the first place. It doesn't work like that for the corrupted nullifiers. i.e. the ones that actually have a chance of hurting you.

  7. Or just screw it.

Most of the syndicate mods are pretty terrible. Some on the other hand are so op that they make the game worse.

The syndicate weapons are better than the usual counterparts but not boltor prime > mk1 braton better.

The things really worth the effort in the syndicates are the energy and ammo restore bp's - the rest are merely nice to have. And you get them fairly early on.

  8. I like how you just have to squeeze in the stereotypical "Nerf Trinity" spiel everyone likes to gripe about even though ALL abilities don't work within those bubbles in question, thus there IS no "nerf" going on for Trinity at all. Not to mention, there have been more buffs and bugfixes for Trinity than there was "nerfs". God is that getting old.

That said, literally everything you've pointed out can be fixed by....Teamwork. Tactics. Guns. Loki can't disarm that group inside the bubble? Shoot the shield down. Have the whole team focus on destroying it - it's pretty damn hard to miss. And if you're not using a high DPS or high spike damage weapon in T3/T4 VOID, then you're just kneecapping yourself right out the gate.

Or have a fast yet tanky character charge right into the bubble and pulverize the extremely low hp nullifier in the middle of it. A nicely timed and positioned ground slam with any number of melee weapon would easily do the trick. Hell, you can copter right into it and have enough momentum to both kill the nullifer and get out of harm's way. Once he's dead, everyone can do whatever they want. Another nullifer appears? Rinse and repeat. Use the best tactic for the job. People need to stop relying on being able to stand in one place and AOE everything. T3 and T4 and higher level planets are supposed to throw a challenge at you. Nullifiers are part of that challenge now. Get used to it.

I guess you still don't know that their bubble isn't damage dependant in T3/4

There goes the entirety of that argument then.

And yes I agree people need to stop relying on aoe-ing everything (where does that even work? T4E? You know it doesn't work in T4D past 15 waves or T4S past 15mins right? And those are the modes that matter not solo cash fodder like T4C/E) and instead rely on new prime weapon - better yet go buy it with plat.

  9. Did some more testing on my daily syndicate missions.  My 7500 damage synoid gammacor instantly kills a level 33 grineer arctic eximus and it takes 3 seconds to pop the shield of a level 17 nullifier.

Nobody else sees a problem with this?

Ofc not - the forum warriors here will tell you that its perfectly fine and you need to use your warframe better.

(Yes its a terrible mob that is the precise definition of artificial difficulty)

  10. an enemy both difficult and requiring you to play differently is a good thing. saying i cant shoot it from far awayso away shows ones inner skoom. i say gg de. also isnt t3 4 easy eenough without them.. and finally because there are other weapons with high output aside from bp.  some require forma or spec building but hey theyre there. i like bolt weapons but w/e

No no it just means I have to take Boltor Prime LITERALLY everywhere I go now.

Goodbye every other weapon. Hello #BoltorFrame.

Except ofc Lares - I can still level random useless stuff in lares to gain them mastery ranks! :/

It is up to the individual tenno to find something that they like to use, and is both effective and efficient at killing their enemies. And, in the event it isnt, to utilize forma to make their favorite instrument of death into an efficient tool of destruction.

Nah just buy boltor p and be done with all this bs choice of weapons. Its both effective and efficient. 5 formas and done. Nothing else to aspire to in the game.

  11. Except those games are clearly complete with a beta tag slapped on, while you'd have to be blind to call warframe anything near complete.

Aha? I'll give a perfect example of precisely the same scame model: War Thunder - still about 50% complete (Planes out, Tanks half broken, Ships not out) been in open beta for 2 years now.

Besides its been a long since accepted fact by a vast majority of people i know that the moment you start charging for a game and promise that there will be no wipes to accounts - you can shove the open beta excuse where sun never shone.

But there will always be naive kids who believe that games like warframe will SUDDENLY change when they are "released" (when they have been released for years prior already) and that the 1.0 (in case of warframe 100.x.x?) patch will bring vast sweeping changes which will fix all problems and add masses of things that are missing.

Its nice to be young I suppose.

Face it. It will stop earning money at some point and will get dropped never seeing actual release. Or ofc it will get the same "release" like MechWarrior online did - which was just another minor balance patch.

  12. You probably should have read the entire post.

    Yup "equip Boltor Prime"

So might as well just have nothing but boltor primes in the game. Cos well you know "adapt and equip accordingly" ahahaha

Oh and the rest of the "content" (aka noob content under T4/T3) can be completed unpotatoed and half modded. So at least to my mind it doesn't count for squat.

    Relevant image.

    BOLTFRAME

  13. I dont aggree. But i will put forth that everyone will agree with me in that YOU, SIR... are silly.

If they sent a Regiment of Nulliffiers, Lotus would send Tenno like me and 65. They arent infalliable, they arent invincible, they bleed, they scream... and they die.

I find one kind of mod EXTREMELY effective against them: Weapon Augments.

The AOE Burst-Proc (which seems to trigger a status proc 100% of the time) does $&*&*#(%& damage to everything within range (which seems to be the whole dang tile).

Since Allied kills also feed into the Truth/Justice/etc. meters, things tend to die really quick in murder-mosh-pits.

For every weapon with an aug there are about a dozen w/o. Conversely aug'd weapons are usually the ones with sub par dps (and straight up damage) AFTER the aug.

Good luck with your idea of using terrible aug weapons in anything that resembles difficult runs.

  14. Only if you are terrible and need something ridiculously over powered to compensate. Any mid range weapon with decent damage seems to do the job just fine. Sicarus Prime works well. Latron Prime does it quickly if you can hit the broad side of a barn. Haven't tried the Tetra yet. You can always swap to secondary if you really want to keep the Lanka.

And of course, there is always the charge in with a slide attack and melee them to death option. Mag can be a little squishy, so it's risky for me, but it's doable.

So far Nullifiers only sever to give that much needed bump in difficulty to keep the Void from being such a cake walk. It wasn't meant to be the place we go to level new gear.

If you're going for a long endless run, equip accordingly. Adapt and all that. Remember, the game was never meant to cater to one playstyle for all missions.

HAHAHAHAHA wait wait you are serious ain't ya?

Go on do me a t4s for an hour+ with a "mid range weapon". Hell now go do me a t4anything with an opticor or any other semiauto.

    And yup welcome to "BoltorPFrame"

  15. Good for you.... have fun while you are gone. I highly doubt there is anything big happened in 6months.

More primes, more grind, some mods that give 20% more than previous mods. Maybe archwing fix. Maybe.

And yeah I will try to enjoy my time tk's :)

  16. One enemy.

    One.

    And everyone calls a funeral.

One enemy that can keep about 5 or 6 others pefectly safe while you try to single shot the shield down. Oh and while a heavy gunner is spinning his grakata in your face.

And yup given the rest of the xmas presents bs we had from this game (third currency, "primed" mods, poopwing nerf and the rest of the chinese grindwall bs) it really is a time to call it...

Well till they fix it in half a year or so.

  17. And im here severy dissapointed by community( challenge appeared, better rage quit forever) and DE not adding corrupted napalm or well actual new enemies....

Honestly in my case its just yet another annoyance to add to a humonguous list of annoyances we had this year.

And yup I put my kubrow into stasis today.

I think I'm done for another 6 months or so. Hopefully there will be something new to do then.

whats wrong with melee? its better than guns in most cases

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

    Oh wait you were serious...

  18. Honestly overall 2014 has been pretty awful

UI got worse, game got grindier, a lot of useless poop was added (oooh look pig-dogs that require stroking or whatever), a broken to hell game mode was introduced and some korean farm elements were added....

Oh and I almost forgot a third currency too! Because screw simplicity!

  19. Completely agree.

Nullifier shields take a set amout of shots to break.

The patch today made it so that higher damage shots break it faster.

Evidently there is a cap, meaning that guns like the Opticor, Latron and snipers are no good at remiving them.

Which is totally fine when you remember that you can carry 2 guns.

If I wanted to use the Opticor in T4 I'd take Wraith Vipers as a secondary and delete all the bubbles.

Likewise I'd pair a Lex Prime with a Supra

Nullifiers don't one shot you, are well telegraphed, are easily avoided, and pretty simple to deal with.

They are by far one of the best enemies that DE have added in recent times.

Learn to adapt to the challenges.

Or you're stick in t4d and are essentially screwed because whatever you do you have about 6 or 7 &!$$ coloured bubbles coming at you and with the bubbles about a dozen heavies of various types.

And as for learn naaaaah its just easier to forma a bprime 5 times and be done with it.

I mean why even bother with any other weapon?

  20. *forums ask DE to add challenge, not artificial challenge*

*DE adds challenge that's not artificial*

*forums QQ about how challenging it is*

Good job. The nullifier is by no means perfect, but it's one of the best-designed mobs we've seen in a long time, and it's a damn bit better than the completely artificial challenge we mostly have.

    have you actually tried it?
