/unstuck didn't do anything either.

I was doing a Steel Path Incursion on Koro (Assault node for Kuva Fortress) as Nekros. I got two of the three terminals hacked when Torment spawned and teleported me to be on the other side of doors that only open after all three terminals are hacked. I defeated her but couldn't get to the third terminal even though there would have been time.
