I built them, all and I'm still stuck with the quest, at this point i just want to be rid of the notification it's still the same problem: I cant find the glowing bit near the water Im convinced it is under one of the new structures that appeared after narmer happened

i have the blueprints and i already have one crafted as per the missions, instructions, and i know itll tell me to craft another after this, i just cant find the glowing thing thats supposed to appear near the water.

I am using operator, and I am using the mask, at night, and yet, when i go to the marked spot, i cant find anything. I have already done the first part of the mission, and Im supposed to go on cetus another time to a place between Hek's Stiletto and Renthi Spring. Sometimes when I go near one of the pieces of rubble that appeared after the new war, i hear a faint noise that I think might be the thing the mission tells me to find, but i could also be hearing things. I have been trying again and again to do this mission and i even looked up guides, but all of the guides have a map of cetus that is pre-new war, and i find nothing.
