Veilbreaker U31.2 (2022-09-07) buffed Oberon's Hallowed Reckoning with the following traits:
Was: Enemies affected by Reckoning emit a 2m Area of Effect that increases Ally armor by 250 and inflicts 150 damage per second to enemies.
Now: Area of Effect Range increased to 3m, which scales with Ability Range. Enemy damage increased to 300 damage per second. Additionally increases the Range of Reckoning by 40%
At some point during the December 2022 month after Lua's Prey, it was reported that Client Hallowed Reckoning was not scaling with range.
This was fixed with U32.2.10 (2023-01-18):
Fixed Oberon’s Hallowed Reckoning Augment Mod not being affected by Range Mods for Clients.
Between U32.2.10 hotfix and today, at some point, Hallowed Reckoning was made to no longer scale with range, despite the tooltip, and original Veilbreaker Augment change explicitly stating it would do so.
Ever since the January hotfix, several people have reported range scaling inconsistently in-mission even as host.

Solo mode arbitration, it has simply decided I have 3m range because I can go fly a kite I guess."
