  1. Hello Tenno! We looked into this and believe there is a misunderstanding. You received one of the classic 75% off Market Purchases coupon that existed on Console (and iOS now)! If you were originally a PC player you are probably used to __% off Platinum Packs, which is not an option on Console & iOS. So for instance, Platinum was not discounted with your coupon, but items in the In-Game Market (Warframes, Weapons, Skins) would have had 75% off. I hope this helps!

  3. Hi Tenno, was this on iOS, or PC? Regardless, this strikes me as more of a question for user support, and not so much an iOS Mobile Bug (if I'm misunderstanding, feel free to clarify). You can get in touch with support by visiting support.warframe.com and writing a ticket. They may be able to look at your game logs and correct things if they can confirm an issue.
  4. Hi Tenno, mouse and keyboard are not officially supported for iOS at this time. Temporary workarounds include a gamepad / controller set up (which you mentioned not having access to), or completing the quest on another platform via Cross Platform Save! Thanks for your patience, and apologies for the inconvenience.
  5. Thanks Tenno, this is on our existing Known Issues thread at the top of this subforum! We aim to address this and several other touch control UI problems when we update for Dante Unbound! These UI issues cannot be resolved in a 'hotfix' and instead need a bigger CERT update, which is in the works and arriving with Dante Unbound!
  6. Hi Tenno, you're sure that you're on the latest iOS and on the App Store when you search Warframe, it does not say "UPDATE" beside the game's title? If you are up to date, it will just say "Open" If you are an update behind, it will say "Update" where my screenshot currently says "Open"
  7. Hi Tenno, thanks for the report. You should be able to lock on but you must first have to be looking directly at the enemy Dax for the UI to pop up. It is hidden while you are not looking at the enemy so as not to take up too much of the screen when a player does not want to lock on. Having said all that, we'll take note of the feedback that this isn't clear!

  9. Hi Tenno, this is an unusual report! On our end we have confirmation of people going through all of the Mastery Rank tests without issue on iOS. Could you please provide any additional info you may have? Including but not limited to the phone or iPad used to run the game, and any other relevant in game factors you can think of. You can also send Logs over to us as that could help us better understand what you're seeing on your end!

  14. Hi Tenno, sorry for the negative first impression! Could you try updating your phone's iOS? The latest iOS is 17.4 and I noticed you mentioned having 14.71. Generally speaking we encourage everyone to be up to date with their iOS to have the best experience.
  15. MOB Whispers in the Walls: Update 35.1: Hotfix #8 While we are calling this a hotfix, it is actually a small CERT* update. Depending on your Automatic App Update preferences, you may need to manually update the app. Launcher Change: We added a popup on the launcher page last Hotfix that redirects players to the App Store when a new version of Warframe is available. You should now see this message for today’s Hotfix and when any new Update or Hotfix is available: “New Version: A new version is available, please visit the App Store to update.” *Learn more about what this means in our Warframe Lexicon for Updates. Changes: Removed the ability to download logs by tapping the screen with four fingers at once. Some players holding their device with a “claw” grip reported accidentally pulling up game logs when they didn’t intend to. Players can still access & save error logs by going to Options, Account, “Send Error Logs” or tapping the top center of the screen anywhere in the game. Refer to our “iOS: How to Share Error Logs With Digital Extremes” guide for more information! Fixes: Fixes to prevent an audio related crash. Fixed being unable to exit the Friends screen after navigating the “Offline Friends” list. Stay updated on the known iOS issues that we are investigating in the Warframe iOS Launch Build post.

  18. Hi Tenno, we are not currently aware of any issues impacting the ability to set up Cross Platform Save. Please head to this web page to get started!   19. Thank you for this report, Tenno. We are aware of a number of quest moments that are currently blocked by a missing prompt for touch controls. We will fix these as soon as we are able! Same with the Heavy Melee Attack button. In the meantime, if you have a gamepad/ controller to connect via bluetooth, you can pass these blockers as the issue is touch only.

As for point 6, "after Zariman mission on auto resolution scale it stretches on 16x9" -- could you tell us which mission you saw this Zariman bug? All Zariman missions for you?
  22. That's not necessary Tenno! The Known Issues list is not exhaustive and doesn't include everything we're aware of (primarily the ones that we've seen reported multiple times). Having said that I'll update the wording on the Known Issues list. Thanks!
  23. Hi Tenno, this is a known issue which we will address in an upcoming patch! Apologies -- the issue is Touch Control only, so if you happen to own a controller / gamepad such as a PlayStation or Xbox Controller, you can use this control scheme. If not, please wait for a hotfix!
  24. Hi Tenno, could you tell us more information, such as what quests you can't unlock? Any of them? Are you using Cross Platform Save or starting from scratch? Do you have any screenshots you could pass along? In order to better understand what's going on, it would greatly benefit us to see your Game Logs. You can get logs by going into Options > Account > Send Error Logs. Once you've download logs to your device by selecting “Save to Files”, it’s time to send them along! Sending Digital Extremes Your Logs Visit Warframe Support support.warframe.com Log in using your Primary Warframe Account Select “Submit a request” in the top right of the web page Select “Logs and Metadata” Use the Subject & Description to explain your issue with as much detail as possible Under “Category” select Files/Logs requested in Forums Drag your Logs onto the ‘Attachments’ field of the support ticket. Hit “Submit” Alternatively, you can upload your logs to Google Drive, Dropbox, etc and send me a DM on the forums.
  25. Hi Tenno, thank you for the feedback on the warning system. Thanks for sharing this -- I'll relay the differences and the confusion to the team involved with how that in-game warning works. To clarify, when going to Duviri, do you mean you get the warning before entering AND after getting kicked? or ONLY after getting kicked? As for why you are being pulled out of one Landscape and not the other, each one of these has varying size and technical scope. For instance, Plains of Eidolon was developed in 2017, whereas Duviri was developed in 2022 and released in 2023. With a roughly five year difference, the Duviri landscape is a lot more technically ambitious with its visuals and under the hood elements. As a result, a device with a lower memory (again not memory as in overall app & file storage) could have an easier time running a 2017 landscape compared to running a 2023 landscape that uses the latest tech.
