Personal opinions are different on this. I'm a founder that comes and goes to the game with breaks in between. I'll drop the game completely if this disgusting thing I don't even want to look at will stay on my warframe.

actually i started playing this game since it's release on steam and i launch the game using steam client softwar
however i have never find the registration function for the steam users
it simply give me the online web registration to me when i want to get a new account (even first run for my game)

No problem. I really have no idea how 'create account over steam' works mate, I don't even have the game attached to steam anymore. But if I'm not mistaken about it, I saw a box like that & entered my existing account details there.
In any case, to be able to use Steam wallet in our current accounts (I assume you'll want to stick with it due to the progress you've made so far) we'll have to wait a bit.

As far as I know (I haven't created one yet myself, so this is a wild guess) once you launch the game from steam for the first time, a little white box pops up asking for your existing account or create new one(unless I dreamt of it). I entered my existing account information there. I assume clicking 'Create new account' there would be how you do it.
You won't be able to use the steam wallet on your HKGDot account if you tie a new different account to it though, they will be seperate accounts.
And of course your founder pack and whatnot will stay on HKGDot.

Accounts created through Warframe.com are unable to use Steam payment options as of now. In the support ticket response I've received, I was told DE is aware of this and they're working on letting users like us access to a dual option sysem. As far as I understand it's complicated and is tied to both UltimatePay and Steam, so it might take some time to implement.
I went&bought UGC, I suggest you the same if you can. :)
