habe das selbe Problem mit meinem PC gehabt. Zu meiner Hardware:
Ryzen 7 1700 @ 3600MHz
Ram 32 GB @ 3000MHz
MSI MB mit X470 Chipsatz
AMD Vega 56 @ Stock
Das Game ist auf einer HDD installiert und wird über eine Software mit einer SSD als Cache geladen.
Müsste eigentlich reichen um das schon fast 10 jahre alte Game zu spielen. Spiele das Game auf einem Full HD Monitor mit 165Hz.
Zum System:
Windows 10 Pro neu installiert. Alle Win updates drauf alle Treiber Aktuell und WHQL zertifiziert. Dxdiag keine Probleme und Windows und alle Programme aktuell und neu intalliert.
Das System ist vor ca. 2-3 Monate aufgespielt worden und wir daher täglich optimiert und suche nach dem Fehler woran es liegen könnte.
Ich habe alle möglichen änderungen im Spiel und auch in Windows ausprobiert und habe sporadische crash egal wo in Warframe. Manchmal konnte ich sogar 2-3 Stunden zocken ohne Probleme. Alle Grafikeinstellungen probiert ohne Erfolg. Spiel als admin starten ohne Erfolg. Lange Rede kurzer Sin ... ich habe fast alles was man im Internet von Gamer so finden kann, was gegen crash von Warframe hilft, hab ich ohne Erfolg ausprobiert.
Hab sogar Überwachungstools wie MSI Afterburner ausgemacht, nichts hat im Endeffekt geholfen.
Andere Games wie "WorldOfTanks" spiele ich mit diesem System auf fast alles max. mit ca. 70% CPU und 100% GPU Auslastung über Stunden ohne Absturz.
Andere Games wie "Tarkov" laufen auch ohne Absturz stabiel. Also im Grunde alle Games die ich auf dem Rechner installiert habe laufen alle ohne Absturz.
Also es muss an Warframe liegen oder an der Programmierung von Warframe.
Letztendlich habe ich ja alles Ausprobiert und meine Letzte Änderung war:
Ich habe alle Übertaktungen und Bios Einstellungen vom CPU auf Standard Werte gesetzt und habe Warframe ohne Abstuz auf fast max. Einstellungen gespielt.
Erste Mission war gleich mal Deimos zum testen, ein paar mega lags am Anfang aber die Mission ist mit 4 Leuten sehr stabiel gelaufen. Ich war der Host von der Gruppe.
FPS waren zwar im Keller aber noch spielbar. Habe dann noch ungewöhnlich viele Missionen ohne Absturz spielen können. Das hat richtig Spass gemacht.
Ich hab die ganzen massen an "Mobs" gesehen und die ganze Zeit gehofft bitte stürz jetzt nicht ab.
Ich hoffe die nächsten Tage bleibt mein Warframe so stabiel wie heute Abend. Und ich hoffe ich konnte jemanden helfen mit meinen Erfahrungen.
Leute probiert es aus, ob es bei Euch auch mit "Stock" Einstellungen läuft.

i had the same problem with my pc. About my hardware:

About the system:

The system was installed about 2-3 months ago and is therefore optimized daily and we are looking for the error that could be the cause.
I've tried all kinds of changes in the game and also in Windows and have sporadic crashes anywhere in Warframe. Sometimes I could even gamble for 2-3 hours without any problems. Tried all graphics settings to no avail. Start game as admin without success. Long story short ... I've tried almost everything you can find on the internet from gamers that helps against a Warframe crash, I've tried without success.
Even identified monitoring tools like MSI Afterburner, nothing helped in the end.
I play other games like "WorldOfTanks" with this system on almost everything max. with about 70% CPU and 100% GPU load for hours without crashing.
Other games like "Tarkov" also run stably without crashing. So basically all games that I have installed on the computer all run without crashing.
So it must be Warframe or Warframe's programming.
In the end I tried everything and my last change was:
I set all CPU overclocks and bios settings to default values and played Warframe at almost max settings with no crashes.
The first mission was Deimos for testing, a few mega lags at the beginning but the mission ran very stably with 4 people. I was the host of the group.
FPS were in the basement but still playable. Then I was able to play an unusually large number of missions without crashing. That was really fun.
I saw all the masses of "mobs" and all the time I was hoping please don't crash now.
I hope the next few days my Warframe stays as stable as tonight. And I hope I could help someone with my experience.
People try it out to see if it works for you with "stock" settings.
