Power ramp will go from 4x stacks to 0x on Operator mode even if you exit Op mode with a melee attack. You need not even cast any abilities in Op mode for the Arcane to reset. I assume this function is unintended, because the Op mode is not an actual warframe ability from which arcane power ramp should be able to gain or lose stacks.
