So I recently reinstalled Steam and kept my steamapps and userdata folders backed up (dragged them back in after reinstalling).
I tried launching Warframe after and the launcher crashes before I can click play. I found this odd considering all my other games work, so I uninstalled Warframe (and even deleted the folder to make sure) and reinstalled it. The problem still persists. I tried closing programs such as Antivirus (Norton 360) SweetFX (radeon pro) and other etc programs which didn't seem to do anything.
I tried reinstalling it once more along with restarting my computer but the problem still happens. The launcher opens for a bit, seems to slightly update to the newest launcher, and then crash.
Any ideas what to do?

You can do the coop test using any two warframes and using your power 5 to activate the other 2 :D

More like they made it more fair. Since draining abilities don't really have a duration, putting a fleeting expertise on it wouldn't really have any downsides.

Since it's 2x resources right now due to the Kubrow event, I figured I would see what happened if I also bought a few market boosters to get that up to 4x.
A single 20 minute survival produced... very pleasing results.

Dakra Prime is absolutely amazing. Crazy damage because of the Crimson Dervish stance so it's viable even up to late game T4 Survival.

New update disabling DX10 and 11 also made it so my SweetFX does not work with the game anymore.
Please make it so we can choose to enable or disable DX10/11 at our own discretion again.

How the hell were people having issues with the Manic? I thought he needed a buff, not a nerf...

Say I wanted to get one or both of these strictly for boss runs (Ruk, Alad V, etc) to collect some o cells, neural censors and whatnot. How exactly do these work?
Don't link me to the wiki because there seems to be some conflict. The comments on the drop chance booster page say that there's no point in getting it for enemies (such as bosses) that have a 100% drop chance. However, on the pigments page, it says that the drop chance booster is very helpful because it doubles the drop for resources that have a 100% drop rate!
It would really help me out to know how exactly each one effects the drops from bosses. Thanks in advance :)

The sounds were definitely my favourite part of this skin so seeing them gone is a little disappointing.
