how much difference it does damage wise from skana prime ?
Without Berserker, Skana Prime deals roughly 1k DPS and Prisma Skana deals about 1.1k DPS (or at least that's as high as I can get them both without messing around with Channeling either).
Berserker throws the Builder website out of whack as it shows you the damage you can get up to, but you won't always have that and have to ramp up to that level anyway.

Yep, the mods should have been in Tenshins reward pool. Now I have to wait on RNG, and be somewhat gimped because of it.
Not to mention, I'm sure a lot of us are at the point already where we have nothing to spend rep on.
I get the last Conclave item purchase later today, and then I've got a few more days of working on filling the bar back up again for future-proofing. If I'd known what was going to happen, I wouldn't have done any PvP at all before 16.7.

Skana Prime doesn't look anything like regular Skana though.
Maybe Prisma crystal has magical Void space transformation powers.
The point is we don't know much about it.

Ask yourself where Baro finds the Prisma items.
They could all be Primes underneath the Prisma coating.

Maybe instead of basically removing guns change how mastery is calculated? Don't give additional mastery for ranking up another gun from the same family. I.e. if you mastered lato show it like you had all prime, regular and vandal leveled to 30 (and give mastery only for one even if you actually leveled all three). I mean variants are basically the same gear, why do we get mastery for leveling up same gun again just because it looks and shoots slightly different?
Sounds like a simple fix for one of those issues.

refund formas? no thanks bud all my special event gear aswel as normal weapons are formad like crazy. id rather quit than have to re level all again - Mastery 19 btw iv put quiet some time in. not interested in restarting because new players missed some stuff
Alright then. Refund with Primed Forma that doesn't unlevel stuff.

1) We aren't halfway to Rank 30 yet in terms of XP, yet the weapon list is full of clutter.
2) People want the Excalibur Prime-related topics to go away, but nobody can agree on what needs to happen to make that a reality.
[solution]
1) Condense variants into their base items as skin and model changes.
2) Refund forma and potatoes lost this way.
[Example]
Right now we have the Lato, Lato Vandal, Lato Prime, Aklato, Bolto and Albolto. That's six weapons where we can have a single one.
[benefits]
1) Weapon list less cluttered.
2) Greater customisation options (Aklato Vandal, etc).
3) Excal Prime now just a cosmetic option.
4) Helps to equalise maximum obtainable Mastery between old and new players, allowing high ranks to be used to affect gameplay without locking the newest players out for months at a time.
This does, however, necessitate removing gameplay bonuses from primes. I'm in favour of this as an acceptable sacrifice.

Why compare Dex Dakra with Buzz Kill and Skana Prime with Jagged Edge? Sounds like you didn't want people to know that Skana Prime out performs Dex Dakra.
The numbers were highest on each weapon, that I found, with those combinations of mods.
Using the same mods on weapons that suit them less than others is asinine.

Played around with Warframe-Builder a bit.The most I could get without Berserker on both weapons was 959.475 on the Prime and 1047.813 on the Prisma.That was Pressure Point, Fury, Bright Purity and the four main elemental mods.The Prime had Jagged Edge in the eighth slot, the Prisma had Organ Shatter.By comparison, my melee weapon of choice--the Dex Dakra--I can get up to 1165.269 (Elements, Fury, Spoiled Strike, Buzz Kill and Pressure Point).Your Skana is fine.

They're just regular items covered in Prisma crystal, but we don't know what Prisma crystal is.
Hmm. Given where Baro finds his stuff, some or all of them could be Primes underneath.

What's the lore regarding Prisma vs Prime anyway? If memory serves, we don't even know what Prisma items ARE.

The skin system's not a bad idea
I think it should happen to all exclusives and removed items, honestly(and perhaps all variants as well)--but then again, I'm in favour of balancing the obtainable Mastery out completely between all players and pruning the weapon list.
