normal restriction when you over capacity, can't play sorties until you buy more slots but you do get the notification every time you return to your orbiter to buy some -
oh beware you do not appear to get extra riven slots, at least the 'base' 15 anyway I was immediately 9 slots over when I merged.

Nope, both are set to the primary account, all intrinsic and focus from other accounts are lost

foundry items work, items I had still in my ps4 account were crafted waiting and everything crafting in my PC account was still crafting, no issues there

fyi guys merging does not combine focus, gonna have to regrind some schools rip
