Also encountering this today/this week. Again, Sneaky Sabotage. Did not have any problem across the previous 2 iterations of this mission. The first attempt - yesterday - I did get caught by a deacon, but did not die. Today I ran the mission again and did it quite cleanly. Will also be opening a support ticket. Possibly also related to this ticket -

I just had this happen to me too, on the exact same "Push" prompt and puzzle, and the same Cycle (Fear). Unfortunately I did not have "teleport" so I had to just leave the game... which cost me a part drop. RIP.
