How do you damage a gray health minion???

Ok, so i just done an Archon Mission i was lucky to have a god Party but when i was doing it with them i barely did damage to the Sentient Minions. Do you need to have a really strong Weapon to penetrate Gray Colored Health Bar??? That's what i was thinking coz my Arsenal is really weak...tho i have incarnon Weapons that i haven't tried on Sentient Archon Minions... Please Help i need serious Answers. Thanks~ LH
