Hi i have that bug that say that i need The veilbraker quest to be done to use the Archon crystal thing at the helminth but the thing is all my story quest are complete. what is the problem?

Where will i be able to get the adapter to mod my primary weapons with arcanes ? some ppl told me i could buy it on the market but i can only buy the exilus for the melee weapons.
