Then i could use Melee Duplicate in a yellow crits build and high status chance and damage with slash in it?

Im here asking more than giving actual feedback. Can somebody tell me where how when why i would use Melee Duplicate arcane? Why is it legendary rank? Is it supose to be good? How could it be good?

It would be interesting for Ravenous to grow new tiny Ravenous zones as you kill 5-10 enemies with your Ravenous dmg, and some way to increase Ravenous lethality for it can be a greater mass of infestation with a condition to not grow where already exists a Ravenous infested flesh thingy
