There are some good parts about this.
Instantly we can fight high level grineer.
Then there are bad parts.
You need to farm quva for relics, then relics for mods, then hunt for rng lichness, then do it few more times,.. In short it takes forever.
But that is only if you try to get the lich.
I try to enjoy high level missions, it is fun and engaging, especially with new melee.

This is great now, pressure point, drifting contact, condition overload, blood rush are nolonger default mods. That is now 2-3 mods you do not need and can replace with something fun.

6 Years of Warfame, highs and lows. I wont lie, I love the game.
Now my girlfriend plays with me, she farms Ivara.... and cannot get Nitain. *facepalm 1*.
She is no quitter. She scrolls wiki, finds gohoul bounties have 6% chance to give Nitain.
Goes and does bounties. Finally gets reward, team goes for another mission... then you guessed it. Host migration. *facepalm 2*.
The look of disappointment of a woman in her thirties when hard work goes in vain due to a game glitch.
She then did some missions closed the game and has not played since. 4 days now.
Does DE realize how much I went through to find a stable girlfriend, good looking, not crazy, faithful and plays Warframe?
Do you know what she went through to get Ivara parts?
Nothing a man can do to help his woman? I have plat, I have Nitain on my account, cannot buy and gift it, cannot trade it.
How can we survive this, raids were removed, but never before were relevant resources removed from the game. (rare caches and bounty rewards, do not count)
What kind of game design is this? You guys know better. This weekend will be Nitain alert, we have some family time planned. Good timing Warframe.
As a a software engineer I hazard a bet, you guys have Alert system hidden somewhere in the code repositories. Bring it back while Nightwave is down.
Oh and why is Nightwave shop down? She has the points, she could buy it right now, but no,... it is not available in game.
There are a a number of possible solutions available, you bring in the most unreliable one. Weekend Nitain alert. She is 1 part away from Wisp. Oh that requires Nitain again. *facepalm 3*.
Just give Nitain for plat like any normal game and e done with it. Then we can atleast buy it for cash, while we wait for next installment of Nightwave.
P.S.: I still love the game, have 111 Nitain, I just love people who also play the game alongside me. I will be sad to see some of them gone over bad design like this.-

Melee just, melee.
Not sure you were around for Melee 1.0? In many ways the old system was better for charge attacks, coptering etc.
Man I tell you when level 60 was endgame and you got there in 20 minutes survival..
Galatine had 1600% charge attack or something like that. Man you unleashed that strike it was meaningful. It could slice a heavy gunner or ancient clean in half.. You would kill side mobs with penta then come in with Galatine for a brutal charge attack.
It was just so satisfying.
Now endgame is lvl 150 or even 200, you slide attack little enemies then use some status wonder to destroy the heavies, like a coward from the distance.
If you get close you die... Or if you use some invulnerability mechanic you need 40-50 hits with Galatine to down a lvl 200 heavy.
Melee weapons do not scale well... Infact nothing scales well sorties are upper limit where Melee is resonable satisfactory to play.
After that you either abuse some mechanic to bypass incoming damage, or stack something to get enough damage to dent your target.
Charge attacks are best used at low levels then.
And that is my Issue. Melee does not scale the right way
I want to come in with sword drawn and decimate a target of any level in resonable time. Prefferably gain advantage against heavies with charge attack. Maybe have charge attacks deal true damage bypassing armor.

For some reason I have 100k cryotic... Never farmed it.. I highly recommend you avoid this weapon. If you like Hammers get a good one.
It was essentially crap when I first used it and ranked it... Maybe Melee 3.0 can save it. But really. Move along. I guess its a social experiment, will people farm an overpriced item or pay plat?
It is a wortwhile experiment. Will people pay plat if an item takes 10x more to farm.

Is Zenurik much better than other schools and needs a nerf?
Others need buff?
Energy use broken?
Energy efficiency needs change?
How is energy even generated?
Are energy orbs not plentiful or strong enough?

Hm, I used Soma today, no riven, just regular mods MR25 Veteran has in stock...
It feels bad... Took it to Plains, Kuva Flood, Sortie.. Just feels bad.
There are some strong suits:
Ammo, Accuracy, Crit all the time.. But on armored targets like Bombards lvl 70, it took a lot of rounds to down..
It is great for many weak targets and low levels, but higher level can take full magazine for a single target.
Should that change? No. All asault rifles are like that, especially the ones low on status..
2k damage per hit is hardly good enough.
My riven Tiberon does nearly 5x more damage while sporting near 100% status.
Infact except Karak, is there a worse AR?

Posibilities really are endless.

I saw an idea few days ago.. Change bonus crit from slide to charge attacks.

I love dual blades.. It is just that single ones perform better..
What stance would dual nikanas have?

So hmm after last rework I played her in a 3 hour solo survival just for fun.
Thing is since then to now I have not played her since.
All her abilities are good, 1 is a bit gimicky, 4 is clunky but does have a nice invulnerability.. 2-3 are melee powerhouses.
I cannot see a melee 3.0 in any way hurting her. Infact she might be buffed by decent melee system more than any other frame.
Other than that, she is clunky and somewhat not that fun to play...

Playing mag a lot last few weeks.
For no reason I added two formas on it. Took it past 1h Mot... All around fun.
All abilities synergize great. If I would change anything, that would be Nulies dont burst bubbles and 3 attacks base armor/shields.. That would be great. Stripping armor in 3 casts... M m. M!

Critical delay- only useful when you want your mk-1 braton to fire slower in a heavy machinegun like thud.
Soma would be just fine with a 3 star riven disposition.
Give it 120 cc and 120 cd + toxin or cold and it would be top tier right away.
As it is, you can compare it to braton series, less status and more crit.
It also has dream ammo capacity and accuracy. It does fine everywhere up to lvl 100 - that is all regular content.
Past 100 while doing endless content all assault rifles are essentially slowly but sureley falling off. Damage per/ammo kills them pretty fast.
So what content would Soma actually need a buff at?
Even if it had double damage, or double status.. It would only go maybe 20 levels higher.
Then there is a final issue, when jumping around to survive said 200+ content, you cannot aim well enough to score multiple headshots for its crit to work well. When the going gets tough, ARs get you killed.

Simple, double cost for each locked stat. 2x for one, 4x for two and 8x for three. That would start you at 1800-7200kuva right away, and stop things from being totally random.

What is melee?
Melee keeps your enemies at bay. Instakills them from stealth, CCs.
It is also super stylish. Try finding an assault rifle that looks better than Galatine charging in a bunch of enemies.
Melee then is essentially point defense AoE utility, torn between range and damage.
While ranged weapons give you single target damage.
That is why all melee that have poor stances with single focus fail baddly...
Melee is there when your rifle is overpowered and you have to go ninja on the enemies ass.

That is a seperate issue.
Funny how Karak, assault rifle with small magazine also has small damage.

I dont know why people still use Soma(Prime).
There are probably 10+ better sounding handling assault rifles.

This. Rivens should make unpopular weapons better. Right now we have none of that. Rivens should give stats on current popularity.
Not based on 2016, when tonkor soma and simulor rulled the world.

What is up with this? I have now built 1 giant hall, 2 long hallways, away from base Dojo and still no room for Dock.
After 1 weekend of building. What is this madness?
Please reduce time for dojo building for some grace period.
Best course of action, allow building multiple rooms under construction.
