Necramech mods should be easier to get.

Tier 1 vaults have a 30% drop chance off the necramech

Tier 2 vaults are a 15% drop off the two mechs

Tier 3 vaults are a 10% drop off the three mechs

    3:

Scott's twitter recently showed necramechs being used in regular missions. This functionality is likely on the horizion but was not included in test for arcana

That is the chance for a mod to drop at all, isn't it? Not sure the numbers then would be for each particular mod, but that still does not at all look enticing to farm for these.

Like, come on, these are just the basic things. We aren't talking about some equivalent to Blind Rage or Adaptation, but just the most basic stuff like Intensify, Streamline, Continuity etc. It shouldn't take much longer to acquire them than it takes to get all the mechs and weapons from Loid.

The easiest solution would really be to just add all the mods to Loid's shop.

  2. This is at 1440p capped at 90 FPS. It sometimes dips into the 70-80 FPS range when it seems like the game is shifting data around, e.g. going from one orbiter room to the next, I suspect a few frames are dropped while something blocks the rendering pipeline.

That is on a Ryzen 3700x and a RTX 3080. It looks really nice, but not "80% GPU usage on a 3080" nice1, I think the optimization has still some work to be done. :)

1 That said, the number reported by GPU Tweak might be misleading. This could be 83% usage of the rendering performance available a 1095 MHz, which way, way downclocked (automatically) from the nominal ~1700 MHz.

  3. I really hope that Heart of Deimos brings the Bishamo armor mix&match choice, however it may be implemented. I really love the design of the set, but want to combine male chest + arms with female helmet and legs.

Or if it doesn't come by then, could DE at least give us a heads up how it will work? Will crafting one version automatically grant the other (so that we can buy the set now and mix&match our ideal style later) or will it be seperate blueprints (meaning we should wait with buying until we can choose each part)?

  4. Best solution would be to simply sell the male and female parts as separate blueprints, so we can mix & match between the two and do so independently of our Operator's gender.

Edit: Oh I see DE already replied with the best possible reply:

For those Tenno that have already begun to walk The Steel Path, (looking at you @Ceadeus)  you may have seen the new Bishamo Armor Set in Teshin’s offerings. We see that people would like to mix and match between the male and female Operator sets, and we totally want that to happen.

We’ll have to make slight adjustments to the mesh of each variant Armor set for it to function properly on each operator model, and to avoid clipping when swapping between the pieces. We’re currently heads down on Tennocon prep, but we will explore this sometime in the post-Tennocon future!

It's been a feature of Cephalon design styled gear all the way back since the Gammacor.  Don't know why though.

Makes all their stuff unusable for me, it clashes so much with my color schemes.

What I don't get is... why? Why a built-in, unchangeable purple hue? There is nothing about any particular Cephalon - or Cephalons in general - that even has anything to do with the color. Simaris is orange, Suda is blue, Cy is red, Jordas is green, Ordis is blue-white. So where does the purple come from, and what is so significant about it that it has to be there at all times?

  6. We got the dakkas and ratatas and brrrts on all the many regular old kinetic weapons already. Yet recently, far too many energy weapons get generic machine gun sounds slapped on. The latest offender is the primary Rattleguts, which sounds nothing at all like what I would have imagined, more like a Grineer assault rifle than a Corpus laser gun.

Nope but there is no source of the oposite either and I'm pretty confident it will be the case. (DPS in terms of general warframe/weapons mechanics, There will be damages ^^)

I'll go with Hitchen's Razor then - that which can be asserted without evidence, can also be dismissed without evidence.

  8. I am fairly confident it started with the Railjack Revisited update. Ever since then, not a single Lavan Engine, Reactor, Shield, or weapon has ever dropped for me, not from destroyed ships (e.g. Crewships), nor from end-of-mission rewards. At first I thought it was a statistical fluke, but I have run enough missions and looted many Vidar and Zetki items to be able to say that Lavan does not drop at all.

(As someone who prefers Lavan weapons, this means my progress is entirely halted because I cannot get any potential upgrades to repair or put into Valence Fusion.)

  9. I was never a gunblade user solely because all the existing options didn't appeal to me. Now with the Stropha I finally have a gunblade that I really like, however I was quite surprised when I found out that aeria attacks just perform melee slashes instead of shooting the plasma shockwave. Maybe there is a trick to it? I know heavy attacks on the ground always shoot, but in the air they always perform the heavy slam maneuvre.

  10. Some areas of the Valkyr Cheetah Helmet are always remain brown-ish, clashing with many custom color schemes. Here for example, in all black, you see the helmet color is rather off:

And here, for maximum contrast, in all white:

This thing cost me 6€ and I love the model, but this uncolorable part somewhat ruins the look. Any chance this might be adressed? Just roll these parts into any of the first three color channels.

Given this, i agree with you that the introduction of the UF was a mistake. But now it is in the game and we have to deal with that. My solution? Limit the number of UF a player can have in total. And instead of acting like normal formas (once applied it's gone), give the possibility to swap them ad libitum between all your warframes and weapons.

That would make it worse - given their rarity, you want to save them up for when a build absolutely warrants it and you love playing that Warframe all the time. And whatever mechanism you are hinting at to swap the Umbra polarity between Warframes would surely end be costly - also even if cheap, it would be a massive hassle to swap them around each time you switch to a loadout with a different Warframe.

An easy solution that doesn't require outright removal would be to add a blueprint like the weapon exilus adapter blueprint for syndicate standing that requires similar components - 2 formas, argon crystal etc. This way they would become farmable, you could plan your builds around them, but there'd still be a significant investment to acquire them.

  12. Right now acicdentally emptying the magazine (which is easy with that fire rate, small magazine, and then some random fire rate buff from various Warframes) feels like punishment, the healing pulses rarely are needed when you get them and all it does is prevent you from using the gun for that excruciatingly long reload time.

Imo the weapon just need one change: when the magazine is depleted and the healing pulses start, reload the weapon at its normal fast rate (iirc 0.2s), but cancel the healing pulses as soon as you fire again. So if you empty the whole magazine, it is up to you whether you want to receive all of the healing pulses, or just fire again ASAP.
