Why do you want Dante to be a health tank? Tons of frames get their survivability from their kit, and Dante does it by generating massive amounts of Overguard quickly, with immunity frames while he does it. I did my Netracells yesterday with him where I cast Triumph twice at the beginning of the mission for 40k Overguard, and literally everybody in the squad still had Overguard by the end of the mission except for one guy in one run, no idea how he managed that. Given how much Overguard he can generate, plus the massive amount of AoE slash procs he can inflict and nuke with, PLUS the birds pulling aggro, it's perfectly fine that he's squishy underneath all that, as at that point if you die it's a skill issue.
