  1. Not just you. I have run into these same issues along with Infested Exterminations with no enemies. The most common issue I'm running into is completing missions and getting the "Profile cannot be updated" message and not getting any credit for the mission. I've noticed it is a bit more frequent depending on where the people I'm in a squad with are from. 

     

    The empty infested missions, yeah. Happened to me once so far, when I was playing with a 0 ranked guy. Completely empty map. But I remember it was either an infested Spy or Deception mission, because I still had to finish some data hacking stuff before extraction. As you might guess, it was pathetically easy to do that in this case.

     

    I can confirm the "no credits reward". Happened to me once as well for no reason, but without getting an error message as you mentioned.

  2. Here some bugs that occurred while playing different mission types.

     

    - Note that I'm not sure if they are ping related, but I saw it happening to other members in my squad as well, so some seem to happen randomly and for no direct reason.

    Neither I know, if it depends on you being a squad host or a regular squad member.

     

    - These things happened within the last 2 weeks (before thread creation) and the time afterwards, to me and a few people I've played with.

     

    - This thread was used to mention bugs prior U12, I noticed some of them not fixed yet

     

    1. Bugged "Green" doors: We all know the difference between the red, orange and green doors. But when you get to a green door that won't open, even though it is the only way to go and green doors are supposed to open when you approach them, then there's either something wrong or the door is a troll. This did not only happen to me, I once saw a squad mate (just behind me) running against the door as if it's a straight wall. If this happens to you while you are Solo on a mission, then you are simply forced to quit.

    I noticed another appearance bug, where green doors look like orange ones. Like they'd be closed by the alarm system, though that's not the case and you can walk through them like ordinary green doors. This only happened when joining an already running game. These green doors then appear with orange lighting and the key/locked symbol on the door display.

     

    2. Glitchy platform textures: Occured in Grineer map type Mobile Defense missions, where you have to defend the artifact as very last step. Players AND monsters glitch through the platform upon which the artifact is to be defended (that open wagon platform). The artifact itself does not change it's position, but players and monsters fall through that platform to the bottom below as if it doesn't exist. But you can still see the platforms textures and when having a bunch of enemies incoming... well you can imagine the mess. 

     

    3. Bugged datamass/payload: In Spy and Mobile Defense missions sometimes, if you drop the payload/data and try to take it again, the game doesn't recognize the command, even when mashing the button, and even in fluent or Solo gameplay. Additionaly the warframe sometimes drops the datamass for no reason.

    I know that they do, when switching from the secondary weapon to primary weapon. But dropping the data without further reason like this, happened a way too often now and is really annoying, especially in a fight. 

    Update on this: This bug keeps happening more often now, not only to me, also to other players.

     

    4. Rescue targets bug: I noticed this when I joined an already running Corpus map type Rescue mission. The other 2 players that have played the mission until the prison (where you hack the doors to free the prisoners), where I joined them, apparently got stuck there. They did free the prisoners, and made sure to open all hackable doors. They even cleared the room from cameras. I thought it might be a certain spot where you must stand to trigger extraction, but that was not the case. Even going to the extraction location did not help. On the minimap only the yellow alert sign (waypoint) remained, even after freeing all prisoners, extraction could not be initialized. Note that the Lotus did not request new targets to be rescued, or any other task in addition. The mission simply got stuck after freeing all prisoners. Mission closed.

     

    5. Bugged Air Vents (jump platforms): Just happened to me in Thebe, Corpus deception mission. I got stuck in an air vent. There was a breakable vent door, behind that a way down to a vent jump platform (these platforms that push you up when you jump on them). Irritated by the waypoint to extraction, I tried to jump down there, silly me. I got punished by that vent and got stuck. I was basically continously being pushed up by that platform, but there was no way back out of that vent, because I (most likely) jumped in while moving forward. It was almost impossible to me to get out by moving/jumping backwards while being pushed up. I kept mashing buttons and somehow came out there. This could happen to anyone in a similar map type, so guys, never trust these air vents. And especially don't trust waypoints. A solution for this could be to force push anyone that jumps onto that vent platform in the right direction, which would be out of the vent, and not just straight upwards.

     

    6. 0 credit reward or/and no reward at all: Happened to quite a lot players as I've heard, as well as it did to me once. I think there's no direct reason you could take this from, at least I didn't notice to have done anything wrong when it occured to me. I finished the mission properly and without getting errors, still I was not rewarded for doing it.

     

    7. Empty Infestation missions: I once went into an Infestation mission, without having any enemy encounters. I did it with a 0 ranked guy, which could be a reason, but very unlikely. This appears to happen in deception, spy and rescue missions most of the time.

    I've also heard about people having empty missions in general, which I cannot confirm, since it never happened to me in a normal mission before, but with infestation missions.

     

    8. No capture target: Happened in Ishtar, Corpus capture mission. 2 capture targets, 1 killed, but where was the second one? Didn't take long to realize that it was bugged. Searched the whole map after him, but he was nowhere. Played it with 2 other guys in perfect ping condition. I have no idea what happened, but we were unable to finish the mission, however. Additionaly the target waypoint on the minimap kept showing us the way to our HOST player, and not to the target itself, which might have happened because it wasn't there. Very strange issue, which may have similar roots to the rescue target bug.

    New: Beleth infestation invasion. An infested capture mission was generated (which already seems nonsense to me), no capture target found at the indicated spot (waypoint) or elsewhere.

    Update on this: You won't find a capture target in ANY generated infestation capture mission in general. Please add a NPC for this or take it out from the mission generator completely.

     

    9. Transparent floor glitch: Happened in Orokin Derelict Extermination, in a very certain side room, there's a flooded floor. The water on that floor is electrified by a generator and harms you. Destroying the generator may fix that problem, but as soon as you step on the floor again you glitch through it's textures in a small room below. That room appears to be there for decoration and is very hard, sheer impossible to escape, since your Warframe doesn't apply the wall running ability on round surfaces. You simply fall through the textures of the floor as soon as you destroy that generator.

    New: Depending on the map set up, I noticed all these ornamental glass floors to have this glitch, not caused by the player. I can tell about Orokin Derelict Extermination missions only.

     

    10. Invisible Obstacles: I sometimes bump into invisible obstacles in different maps for no reason. It always happens either at a door (there will be an invisible wall right in front of the door) or near bigger decorative boxes. It's like the hitbox from these objects moves to a new location, most of the time few metres away from the main object. Fortunately it didn't prevent me from achieving mission success, yet.

     

    11. Faction swapping in Infestation missions: Happened to me only once so far. I was playing and hosting an infestation survival alert mission (Spear). 4 man squad. There was not a single infested enemy encounter during the whole mission. Additonally we've only encountered basic Grineer infantry (Lancer,Trooper,Butcher) all lvl 1 only, in an alert mission that's supposed to start with enemies of lvl 10+. Also their lvl didn't change the longer we kept fighting. We were forced to cancel after 10 minutes because of a lack of enemies.
