  1. Have you ever considered going back and doing something about the Phobos boss fight? There's a number of things that seem off about it, including how the Lotus talks as if you've already fought both Vor and Kril, when logically you've never fought Kril before, as you're likely to do Phobos long before you ever reach Ceres. It's also never explained how Vor goes from Mercury to Phobos seemingly unscathed. The guy literally explodes at the end of your first encounter, yet he's completely intact at Phobos like it's no big thing.

     

    It also seems like a missed opportunity to give the two of them unique interactions/combo attacks that would make the fight more than fighting two preexisting bosses at the same time (For example, say Vor uses his key to supercharge Kril's hammer).

  2. There is always a time and place for mustaches, not to mention thousands of real dollars were donated to achieve said mustaches. And what do we get? We get them taken away. Thousands of dollars for only a month to wear them. They'll probably ask for thousands more dollars to get them back

    The money was never given to unlock the mustaches. It was for a Movember-related charity event. The mustaches were just a fun little thing we got along the away. They were never the main point.

  3. Alright, so i've got a couple more frames that i'm going to post! I'd like an opinion on them and what you think of the colours i've done!

    I'm also sorry about not being around, college started again and my birthday was yesterday (two day party~)

    Nova Prime I: This was a remix of my normal storm palate colours that went on my Excal and my regular Nova

    Nova 1: Kind of a fire/dying embers theme going on here, eh? I dig it. I like the choice of colors on her limbs, with how they start white and fade to a burnt black. Reminds me of charred wood. It also ties nicely with the orange-red in the center. The fiery copper color of the primed bits is a good touch, and it does a good job of adding an extra splash of life to the set.

     

    Nova 2: It's like those plastic army men toys! All that's missing is the big, green plastic base attached to her feet, and maybe an animation set that makes her walk and run by wobbling around.

    Thanks for the response! I'm glad to see that you liked most of them. I've touched up the Nekros and Mesa schemes based on your input, as well as cooked up a couple extra for them.

     

    Nekros:

     

    Did a couple Nekros paintjobs, trying to make a more unified/focused look. I decided to spring for the immortal skin for these looks, to try to create something a bit different from what I had before.

     

    This is basically a second attempt at making an Orokin/"primed" look for Nekros. I tried to mostly focus on the dark gray/gold aesthetic found on many primes, with a little bit of white to accent it.

    And here we have something based off of the other half-idea that you mentioned cropping up in the original scheme. I tried to mostly run with brighter colors here, focusing on the red and white found in the original scheme while using the gray to underline them without stealing attention.

    Mesa:

     

    I touched up the previous scheme as well as made a couple new ones.

     

    Not a whole lot to say for the red/gray scheme, other than that I darkened it somewhat, changing the coat to a darker shade of gray and the white to a dark brown. I was aiming to give it a little more variety without detracting from the original look. I also changed the bandana to white, as I like the contrast it gives.

    This one's kind of experimental; I don't usually do a whole lot of green, as I can never seem to find a shade that works for what I want to go for. Still, I think this one turned out all right.

  5. Figure I'll show off a few of my frames while I'm here!

     

    Loki:

     

    This is is more or less my original scheme for him, I've had this color scheme pretty much since I started playing.

    This one was something I came up with recently; I based the color scheme loosely off of Yojimbo from Final Fantasy X, and XII's incarnation of Gilgamesh.

    Frost:

     

    Initially I wasn't trying to hit any kind of theme with this scheme, but I eventually started focusing on making it into a sort of "Emperor Frost" type of getup.

     

    This one also shows one of the reasons why I like Frost's festive skin: it lets you color his legs separately from the rest of him, allowing you to draw more focus to his upper body.

    Mesa's kind of a weird one, I'm not sure if I'm done with coloring her just yet. Usually I just keep throwing new schemes at a frame 'til I hate the idea of losing the scheme I've got now, as that's when I know I'm done. Haven't quite hit that yet, but still I like this one enough to share it.

    We've got another old one here. Not sure what I was going for when I first made it, but it's stuck pretty much for as long as I've had Nekros. I suppose I was aiming for a royal/pseudo-Orokin aesthetic.

  6. I dunno if this was an actual glitch, but DE saw fit to remove it so I'm counting it. The extreme ragdolling on staves. This made me fall in love with the Bo and Amphis. Closest I've been able to get to seeing it again is putting blast damage on my Bo Prime, but it's kind of random, and just isn't the same.

  7. I've also seen this to some degree, though it was not exactly the same deal as OP. LS would stop counting down, picking more up would not change the amount left, and additional rewards would not be handed out at 5/10/15/etc minutes. Even had it happen before the 5 minute mark and I was not able to extract, so I had to abandon the mission. Enemies would usually stop spawning, though I'm pretty sure there were at least one or two times where they still spawned.

  8. I've tried to trade a Boltor Prime BP twice now, and both times it would not appear in the trading post's selection menu. I can see plenty of other prime weapon BP's, but no Boltor. I've checked my inventory several times, as well as the foundry, and it appears in both places just fine, just not while trading.

     

    Both people I tried to trade with had enough credits, and were ranks 5 and 11, so they should have easily been able to receive the BP. I was even able to trade this very item not even a couple days ago, so I have no idea what's changed since then.

  9. I have a question regarding the upcoming helmet change:

     

    With the helmets becoming statless, they are going to shift from a playstyle choice to a purely aesthetic one (assuming you stay on course with your currently-stated plan). Given the fact that your business model involves selling cosmetic items, I have to ask; Is this going to affect helmets appearing in alerts? Will they remain obtainable through alerts, or will they become market exclusive?
