I made a mistake 84 ? better ? gees man ...
for the second part its like farm all the parts from the isolation vaults (which took me over a week on it's own) the rep for the blueprints, all the minerals from all the different zones, (it took me hours to do like 4 complete cave clears to get the must be stupid super low drop Stellated Necrathene I needed just to start crafting the head)
then start the 12 hour crafting (AND only if you mass farmed to start building every single part at the same time) start the follow up crafting IMMEDIATLY somehow without a gap to make the long crafting part take exactly 84 hours while holding a 9 to 5 job like a functioning member of society ?
yeah I was being a little hyperbolic but I think maybe above a week maybe two tops isn't a bad estimate to go from nothing to having a mech, it might be more for slower players
I am not sure if it feels like I am rushing per say but it defiantly feels like I hit a wall, I have this HUGE shopping list of things I need to get to continue my journey and its slow dull and boring, I want to join my friends in circuit and do archron hunts ! but this huge list of grindly slow things for a utility I am literally never going to use. I watched MMO critics dissect games and "walls" like this are critiqued.
Ah ! yes !! I didn't know about that one, a warframe whos ability set does not interest me and has an even longer crafting time ! I don't need it to progress the story do I ? skip! also my mistake for some reason I thought warframes were quicker than 72 hours!
I can literally pay money to skip the grind and continue the story how is that not pay2win? unless you don't consider buying progress with real money pay2win for some reason ?
the whole pedantic strawman about it not being competitive pvp and not actually winning anything is a JOKE! who you people trying to fool cause it is not me ! lol
I think it was the green thing, I went and farmed for it, I realized I idnd't have the blueprint, went down to loid to buy the blueprint went back to my foundry then realized I need to find another thing I had owned none of I had to mine from POE in order to make that thing, not complaining about the crafting per say just one of those "le sigh" moments
exactly ? they gave me a loaner once, I find loaners I can jump into on Deimos all the time, but I need to own one for this why ? to force you though a massive grind for no reason, to setup a gear check wall that makes you think... "maybe I should just buy the mech so I can play with my friends" ?
