Won't happen, since DE made a deal with Sony and Microsoft to not let that happen. They want to keep you on those respective platforms.

If you want to just record you playing warframe and you have a decent windows 10 computer, you could use the OS' built in capturing. You would just hit win + G to open up the game bar and hit record. You can adjust the quality settings in the Xbox app and stuff. Like OBS, it only saves to the mp4 format.
If you want to stream, I would recommend OBS as well. -

No. Btw you have DX9 installed by default. The windows 7 desktop uses DX9 if your using aero. You still need to the latest DX9 redist for most games.
I has Windows 8.1 Pro on this machine and if I remember correctly, Windows 8 did not come with DX9 (or atleast all of the libraries). Warframe and CS:GO are the only two games giving me problems with directx install. Since I know that I have DX10/11, I was wondering if there was some secret way to bypass this install.

I am currently trying to test out warframe on a new computer that I have bought, but every time I try to run the launcher, it says it needs to update the directx components even though I have gone through that many times to see if the changes would finally stick. Is there a way that I can bypass the instillation of the directx 9 components and only use 10/11?

7 out of 10.
For a major update, U16 was not as buggy as previous ones (looking at U14 and 15). Sure, some older bugs resurfaced and the performance took a hit, but there were a lot of ways that the new content could have been broken.. That said, pvp is horribly broken.
The big pluses for me with this update were:Chroma
Ordis updates
Sanctuary and the whole synthesis stuff
Hidden lore and hints to whats to come
Relay updates.
PVP when it doesn't break.
Graphic updates (The new orbs are cool)
Sound
Middle of the road:
Raids
New weapons
Chroma quest. It would have been a plus if there wasn't the wait game.
Nerfs, specifically the nerfs themselves
Manics
Negatives:
Patch notes and the important changes that were not included ("Stealth Nerfs")
PVP when it breaks
Credit nerfs
Weird graphical glitches with lighting and floors.

Does Ordis "live" in every Tenno's liset or is he housed in one central location with the lotus? If each Liset has its own clone of Ordis, what happened to the original? Also, do the clones of Ordis talk to each other casually while they wait for their operators (waiting for them to start a mission or waiting for them to get to extraction)?

The optimize only helps a little. It still loads terribly, even on an ssd.

Same here. I even optimized my download cache to see if it would help. No improvement what so ever.
