Every time that I have reentered my warframe from Transference, my warframe is stuck automatically heavy melee attacking (happens in missions and the Simulacrum). Breaking out of the attack loop doesn't seem to have a 100% reliable way to do it, but I have had the most success by clicking the heavy melee attack button. But if I reenter Transference, it happens again.
I have experienced this with two warframes (Wisp Prime and Dagath) and three weapons (Prisma Ohma, Dorrclave, and the Dragon Nikana).
