Stop saying Rhino is a defensive frame, he is not, he is highly offensive and support frame, he is fast (with vanguard of course), he have crowd control and buffing abilities. He is meant to be a scout for clearing rooms and for reviving fallen allies, and buffing the team damage when needed.
Iron Skin, is that the reason why everyone calls him a tank? Is that the reason why everyone is so angry that Rhino Prime is fast? Iron Skin is not enough for him to be considered a Tank, even with maxed power strength Iron Skin can last only for a few hits on higher levels, so its impossible for a Rhino to draw aggro and be a Tank, a Tank is supposed to take damage for the team, rhino don't do that.
There are only two true tank warframes, that is Trinity and Valkyr.

Topic is the question of the day I have. As I cannot figure out exactly what purpose Ash has that is unique to him. His stealth is worse than Loki. And of the remaining three abilities; only two are generally useful, Shuriken spam actually being better than Bladestorm in most respects. So yeah.. what exactly is Ash's role in the game?
I don't even know too I think his role in the game is to be useless. You around yourself you will find 8 from 10 games Rhinos or Novas

is that my hardware picking and choosing what it works well on? Or did something change with the game like a hot fix that might have made the mouse input laggy?

Ok Ik this is a bad idea already but I've actually read posts of people complaining about Rhino having better stats (sprint) than regular rhino, I mean really we finally get the prime more than a forma and golden looks and people complain, it not that big of a difference either. Ik that with in the first few posts is going to be something like "complaining about complainers" but idc
Actually the Prime MUST be waay better then the regular Warframes like more shield,HP, faster more armor etc... it's not our problem when they invested 6-7 Formas on regular stuff.

Just no. NO token system. I know it's waaay better but it just destroys the way the game is . We loot Prime stuff we don't buy it . We collect Prime parts to build a Prime thing. We don't buy it.

If I understand you right you want the game harder because it's too easy for you.
Ehm NO Prime stuff is already hard enough to get making it even harder will have negative results
