[Good Melee Weapons?]

Nami Skyla, Hate, Ether Reaper, Dragon Nikana, Orthos Prime, and Dual Ichor are some of the best in terms of damage and usability. Ir really depends on your preference in the type of weapon. The Nami Skyla has quite high damage overall (I believe depending on how it's modded it averages around 5000 and with channeling around 8000+, that's with only a limited channeling mod with electricity damage mod).

Just my two cents by for max damage either the Nami Skyla or Hate would be best, obviously depending on how it's modded, etc.

[Why Would I Join Your Alliance?]

We still havent found any other alliances that aren't hell bent on deploying solar rail. Surely we cant be the only clan here that isn't obsessed with Solar rail deployment and ruling the solar system?  Yes we would like to get our rails up but we would rather be part of a group of other player than just want to play online, trade online and share our knowledge and the whole warframe experience with one another.

I feel the same. Currently a few of the members of the clan I'm in aren't as active as they have been in the past. Those that are more active would like to have other like minded players to play with. I've been looking for an alliance but as the OP stated iy's difficult to find one that fits with you or at least one with similar goals.

Just disregard the number of formas listed since I was testing the build (checking for max damage, etc and didn't want to have to bother with putting formas on ever other minute and since I had a good idea as to what polarity I needed it just loaded it up). In game I have forma'ed the Hate either 4 or 5 times since this was prior to Stances and Melee 2.0 upgrades. As long as you have 3 formas with a stance enabled it will have plenty of points for customization. I also change out fever strike for the bane of infected/corpus/or grineer mod. I just make one of the three spots,A B C, for that specific change since it saves time in the long run. Really it depends on yoir play style plus how muc forma you are willing to use.

Also depending on what mods you have currently using an additronal element like freeze instead of energy channel would be good. Just remember the freeze mod costs more points.

I mainluy use Hate or the Nami Skylar (or however it is spelled) for melee. I haven't had any issues yet running high level survival or defense both in the void and regular missions. Obviously compared to your primary weapon it won't be as useful depending on the enemy type, level of enemies, etc. Against infected I love it.

As far as the two stances I don't have a personal preference yet, although I have used Reaping Spiral more simply because I got it first and didn't initally bother to change it. Again it comes down to your play preference, etc.

Boltor Prime, Soma, Synapse and Ignis depending on what you are looking for in terms of range/capacity, etc.

[Is There A Requirement Besides Death Mark To Get Stalker To Spawn?]

I've gotten the deathmark from Jackal as well. Also I got hit by the stalker multiple times in one day even though I hadn't killed one of the bosses in a few days. It seems very buggy and random in timing since two of the times it came aound the 30 minute + mark of survival which was very, very annoying to say the least.

[Anti Armor Weapons And Melee.]

I recommend Hate (if modded correctly and depending on play style) or Dual Ichors or Dual Ether Swords. If modded correctly they do quite a bit of damage to armor, etc. even before the channeling.
