    No, they shouldn't. By your own logic all element types should be exactly the same then no? This has less to do with blast being a useless element and more to do with your build being utterly naff...

    Half agree with this as only the host should be able to access navigation. I do think everyone should be able to pilot, but the host has the ability to eject non host pilots so a soft command override if you like. I find it pretty silly that everyone has pretty much free reign of everything on a RJ, hopefully the command intrinsic will flesh these issues out.

    Not on the level of hp+armor setup, but it'll be damn hard for even veil enemies to drop that shield if you don't leave the RJ in the middle of it all.

    There are also some good passives for shield regeneration worth looking into.

     

    This. That 1 second regen delay and recharge rate on a maxed fused zetki mk3 is glorious. Like you said couple it with anode cell and hitting 19% shield recharge rate per sec is nothing to sniff at. I dropped hull weave out and opted for maxima too.

    And if you end up becoming overwhelmed well there's always void cloak. Zekti shields have a passive for longer damage immunity duration after repairing a critical breach which is another nice little synergy.

    Well there is Pistol Ammo Mutation mod that'll offset that, and can be placed in the weapon exlius slot so you're not having to make any compromises to your current build. There is the primed variant too if your looking for an endo sink /s.

    Just tested it myself, (with Primed Pistol Gambit) and it procs very consistently. Dunno about the Gaze as I don't own one but if the Gammacor does well even at 57.4% critical chance, it's safe to say beam weapons synergizes well with Velocity.

  7. Ugh back here again I see. Let's review now what DE has nerf'd that I can recall which wasn't intended shall we?

    -Syndicate weapon mods proccing their AoEs whilest running an exalted ablilty being nerf'd. Reason why? "Wasn't intended" Despite it being originally intended for sometime. (I can't find the update patch notes thread in regard to that statment, but remember reading it...)

    -Chroma's Elemental Ward and Vex Armor nerf. So Chroma having wrong multiplier values to these abilities was just fine for years until Eidolons came about...Funny how this nearly perfectly mirrors the reason Khora's Venari nerf, it couldn't just be be a coincidence, right?

    Look, I don't even play Khora but this fix is down right disingenuous. Warframe shouldn't be called "Ninjas Play For Free" but "Warframe, Working As Intended, Till It's Not."

  9. Same for me. I have 144fps (144hz refresh monitor) on Orbiter, tanks to 90 then back to 144 every min or so, maybe less. Especially noticeble when in the arsenal and only started occuring since the last hotfix...

  11. Completing a tridolon or any of them for that matter. I refuse to run eidolons as the screen clutter is overwhelming at times, and yes I could turn down some settings to make running them more tolerable but I don't see why I should. I'm just thankful there's nothing I need from them and since ESO is a better focus farm, I can entirely boycott it.

  12. #1 is very useful, especially in corridoors/choke points, orb damage scales nicely.

    #2 Heals, it's basically Trinity's well of life, meant to synergize with #3...

    #3 I get what it's meant to be, high risk>high reward. However why is the energy gained back through the Bloodletting affected by energy efficiency? It should work simliar to Nidus' energy refund from Virulence which gains it inversely, meaning you'd get more back using a -% than a +% energy efficiency. To balance, the initial casting cost of bloodletting should be affected by energy efficiency, at half the rate.

    4#  I've not played around too much with this yet, but it's feels underwhelming. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong and I don't know whether her ult scales off her talons but it should. #1 and #4 then a orb on marked enemy yields some seriously juicy numbers.

    Side notes; Natural Talent feels it barely makes a difference on her casting animations. Especially on her #4, intended or not?

    I think her passive works but, it makes QT mandatory.

    I gathered it'll be bundle only, which if you just want the sigil I can see that being a problem. However personally I'd be willing to buy the bundle, for the whole bundle...But I'm beginning to think that DE haven't realised that the sigil may well be more popular than Garuda herself.
