I think the problem with Prime syandanas of late is that they're becoming too Warframe specific. Take a look at earlier syandanas, Noru/Misa will sit nicely on almost every warframe you put 'em on, while the Sukira Prime (oberon's) and Citadella (booben's), and now limbo's are all themed around that one frame, which they look fine on them but that's kinda it. They don't mix well on other Warframes.
Not to say that DE has completely missed the mark following this trend as the Uru looks good (especially on Nidus) and Capella both look great on different Warframes, but I just wish DE would stop tailoring Prime syandanas so heavily around one specific theme and go back to the drawing board to find a better balance between a theme and what's already in the game.

In all fairness you even didn't know if the game would become a success either, the founder's program was a helluva gamble and the money you doled out could've been all for naught, but thanks to your support we all have this game we all deeply care about. I guess that's the difference here though that I wouldn't of had any regrets now if I bought a founder's pack. Consideration had been made or we'd of ended up with situation such as.
Thing is just bc you've spend money on Excalibur Prime, doesn't allow you to dicate what can and can't be done with Excalibur either. It is still DE's property for them to do with as they see fit, and they haven't breached your agreement either doing so. Yes, you could argue but people argue the earth is flat.

Excalibur Prime is exclusive. I don't get what you mean by "promised." Umbra is not Prime, something that founders appear to be having difficulties with. Like I've said, different sides of the same coin, but perhaps it should just be Prime on both sides imma right?

I see the whole Excalibur Prime/Umbra thing akin to two siblings arguing over the same thing, because the younger one's now got something new and better than what his older sibling has. So the older sibling end ups getting the same as the younger one as that's only fair, so they now have the same, but it still feel doesn't feel adequate enough in his mind, despite him having something special that the younger hasn't and will never get. "I had it first so why should my sibling have one better?" "My old one feels useless now and I don't feel as special anymore..."
Honestly, it's quite petulant and it's worrying to think how old some these people really are. It's not like anyone has gotten what founders have, that's still exclusively theirs and rightly so, but spouting hyperbloat that Excalbur Prime completely useless because Umbra's has higher stats or I can't fit the Umbra mods into my prime's build due to not having the polarities is nonsense. The two are different sides of the same coin, the latter being better at dealing with different content (Sentients) even though there's a lack of that at the moment until we end up in Tau. And for Umbra mods not being to have the polarity on Primes or other frames? Good, they shouldn't be as they are not a Umbra variant of that Warframe.
If anything Excalibur Prime feels more special now, he's still unique being the first "Prime" but this pandering to founders needs to stop somewhere, a line has to be drawn about competing for superiority to retain the former glory. It's sad to see this reaction from some.

They're different Warframes. You can't have your cake and eat it, meaning Excalibur Umbra Prime.

Also with the addition of "Umbra" mods, that strongly suggests there are more Umbras out there, not just Excalibur.
Not to mention the Tau Resist stat on the Umbra Warframe mods, that and the quest's cliffhanger ending tells me we're going to be heading in Tau in the near future, and the Umbra variant may well be the best equipped to deal with whatever lays beyond.
This quest feels lacking comparing, but I'm seeing this quest as DE laying ground work. With the first Umbra now in our hands I feel it's safe to say this isn't the end of, but the beginning of something else. Perhaps we'll learn more about Umbra's roles at Tennocon.

They look a new endo sink at a glance but the Tau Resist stat is interesting. It's likely we're going to Tau in the future specially due to the quest's cliffhanger. Btw please put a spoiler tab on the OP.

I'm not Rhino's biggest fan, but he's worth a place in your roster. Rhino is similar to Valkyr as they both can tank and buff your fellow tenno, but Rhino is more of a team player as Valkyr's kit is more tailored to herself and solo play. I prefer Valkyr, but in a coordinated team a damage buffing or a CC stomping Rhino would bring more to a team.

I reckon we'll get that sentient arm cannon DEsteve teased many moons ago. Either that or another game mechanic, although it maybe tied to the Umbra variants of warframes.

- Waiting for 3 hotfixes after the update so the quest actually becomes playable.
- Mind blowing lore bombs that'll ending up leaving us with more questions then answers.
- Serious ones; Ballas taking control of our Warframes.
- "The Sacrifice" not being a literal sacrifice, but referring to Ballas and Margulis' relationship. The choice between love or ambition, what Ballas sacrificed to achieve it.
- Ballas is the MITW.

Peculiar mods are a fun addition and I like them, but with mod slots being such a commodity not many people are willing to give up one for a mod that doesn't make your build anymore powerful. Exilus mod slots exist because we don't like to switch out a slot for a rush mod, however IIRC DEsteve did mention along the lines of that he doesn't want every player using peculiars, perhaps it is meant to be implemented this way so working as intended.
