  1. Then plain and simple their intent is just being ignorant Players who have cried about him being too broken are upset because their Rev and Syrian frames are now outmatched, nothing more. I can see players wanting the same for the other tweaks that might cause a problem yes, I do agree with that But they are not, all they are doing is nerfing Dante, plain and simple, they knew what the problem was and it was Overgaurd not working with Rage/Hunter mods and a single Warframe called Chroma, rather than fixing that actual problem, they decided to take the less time way and just nerf Dante. You don't fix a problem by breaking it, it's like taking a car to a workshop, only for them to break it apart and make your car run slower because your lights were not working correctly. You cook a Pizza and you burn the crust slightly, rather than just cutting the burnt pieces away, you throw away the whole pizza because that fixes the situation and you're too lazy to fix your problem. Then report it?

A full revert of all the Nerfs, plain and simple, nothing difficult, nothing complex, it's as easy as hitting an Undo button on a keyboard, however like Metal said, it's down to stubbornness and plain old ego. No, it isn't Acknowledgement of the problem is just words and they haven't fixed anything, all they did was Nerf OG and then slightly buffed it by 1%, what they should've done is Reverted the entirety of the Nerf, all they did was add 3000 not back to the full 5000 on Final Verse’s “Triumph” at Max rank, same goes for the Light Verse from 250 back to 500 at Max Rank. Also communicating is just words as well, reviewing or not, they still haven't done any -Action- and isn't an "apology in action" as you called it. Full refunds are whatever, just icing on the cake for some. Everyone will agree to: Actions speak louder than words, these actions are reverting the Nerf. Not saying they will or half-arseing it, a FULL REVERT.

For rep sake, I don't think DE will do this, since all they'll have to do is just remove the items from the Player, if DE did do this, this would spire out of control and players would go to the forums/Reddit and god known what else to show everyone It's a lose-lose situation for them if they ever consider this. Since Steam has to comply with laws and so do they. I have no idea what laws, I am not a law person but whoever knows way better than me, could give us some insight And no, I don't mean some Mod or player who "thinks" they know.   4. I guess I can see that but all we can do is wait and see. If they revert the OG stuff and somehow actually put the effort in fixing LoS, then it might become accepted, otherwise, it just needs to get a full revert, but IMO, they should revert it all entirely and then add it back until the yare 100% sure it works correctly Two sides to one coin here, I agree with you as well, there is always a chance (If not 100%) it won't be good so either way..

Yup, gotta agree here I snipped most of your talk here but no worry did read it all, it's quite a shame to see that new players (and old) who don't post have to come here to show how bad DE really is with Nerfs like this, but it just goes to show you. But good on you for sticking to your guts, you may be only a handful of people but voting with your wallet always speaks louder, I am wondering tho how many people have done this like a list of people. If any, they'll prob make some response and still not undo the revert. If they do revert, colour me impressed If you been here long enough, the surprise becomes a "Oh okay"
  6. Fair enough, tho I don't think folks are gonna care, they want LoS gone and they'll keep calling DE out on this until they get it. Unless they can prove to the player base that this LoS change is good

  9. This is due to the update they are talking about being already out, so they can direct everyone to the latest updates and this topic, that's at least what I see so far, but could be a sign of them trying to lock out feedback This however is a problem

Psi's Loki Rework/Buff Ideas: Passive - Body Double: Finisher kills heals Loki and refreshes the timer of Decoy, Loki also gains 50% HP if he has only a melee weapon equipped Illusion: Loki renders himself unseen and unheard by enemies, any action Loki takes is hushed and cannot be heard or seen by enemies, and his Cirt/Cirt Chance and overall Damage are boosted. This is bacily Hushed Invisibility & Savage Silence combined into one power, this kinda takes the role of Loki himself from the Marvel shows. Deceptive Bond: Lok deploys a holographic copy of himself onto enemies, turning that enemy hostile to everything and inciting former allies to attack while having their damage reflected, amplified, and additionally succumbed to 5 random status effects. Holding the power causes Loki to summon 5 holographic copies of himself around him that draw fire and redirect damage dealt to Loki to the decoy. Once again, this is two augments built into the power itself, thus being Damage & Bound Decoy, this gives Loki the "battlefield trickster theme" by either tricking the enemy by making them attack their own allies or confuse them with multiple versions of himself. Irradiating Disarm: Nothing changed here, just his augment is now part of his hit, Disarm is now his 3rd power, rather than his 4th, The only other change I'll make is the same as you, it'd be a secondary pulse from the decoy's position with either normal or reduced range. Conjugational Daggers: Loki casts out a spell that summons twin Daggers for Loki to use in combat This is pretty much an Exalted Weapon, but twin daggers, aka: The daggers that Loki again from Marvel uses, since I have no idea how to set up exalted blades, they'll be whatever DE can think of And that's that This keeps this theme and then some, allowing Loki to be strong in the end-game and heavily based on the "Loki" like themes in games/movies and comic books -Psi

I know you asked DE but I'll try to explain it as best I can When you have Rage/Adrenaline (or both) it converts a percentage of Health damage received into Energy, so each time your Health takes damage you'll gain energy, For example, you'll have a total of 85% damage conversion if you use both mods. However, keep note of the fact it says Health If you have -Zero- Shields (Like Inaros) you will always be gaining Energy since you have no shields, the shield protects your health bar from damage (with some minor exceptions), so you will not take any damage on your health, you will not gain any Energy. Now the change allows you to gain Energy if you have Overgaurd, whereas before it didn't since Overgaurd acts like a 2nd layer of "shields" (in reality it's just a big layer of very strong health) and prevented players like Inaros/Nidus or Chroma from getting Energy. (So frames like Frost/Dante/Synax) where preventing players from getting Energy unintentionally. However keep in mind that, even if you have Overgaurd over your Health and Shields, you'll still not get any engrey because you still have Shields (This makes zero sense and I think DE Mow might of missed something) but that's how it works. No Shields = Energy Health & Overgaurd = Energy Shields & Health = No Energy Shields/Health & Overgaurd = No Energy I hope that explains it well, if you need any more questions, feel free to ask me Edit: Also, if your shields break and you take damage to your Health you will gain Energy since there are no shields in the way but if your shields regen and go back up, you'll not gain Energy And now I think about it, this is only creating a new problem, any frame that can restore your shields is now a problem since you'll not be able to gain Energy but luckily frames like Nidus or Inaros can't get shields regardless. We need a mod or Arcane (or something) that disables shields altogether, hell I even suggest it could be a Helminth injection of some kind "remove shields" and you can toggle it off and on by sitting in the chair

This change should've been on day 1 and BEFORE the Dante nerf, this isn't acceptable in the long-run, so with that being said: Please revert all the changes you have done to Dante and his OG and the LoS issue (Below are the changes you have made) Undo ALL of this but leave the bolded text changes alone Increased Wordwarden’s weapon damage on warded allies from 30% to 50%. The Wordwarden felt a bit lacklustre in comparison to the rest of Dante’s abilities, so we gave it a boost to encourage players to experiment and engage with it more. Final Verse’s “Tragedy” now only affects enemies within Line of Sight. This felt like the most reasonable change to Tragedy since it could be cast back to back without much forethought on positioning. So to make it a more active ability, enemies must now be within range in your Line of Sight to be impacted by it. Reduced the amount of Overguard gained from Final Verse’s “Triumph” from 5000 to 2000 at Max Rank. For a bit of compensation, we increased Triumph’s base Overguard Regeneration per second from 50 to 100 at Max Rank (can still be modified with Ability Strength). Reduced the amount of Overguard gained from Light Verse from 500 to 250 at Max Rank (can still be modified with Ability Strength). Added Overguard Cap stat to Final Verse’s “Triumph” description to make it clear that there are cases where the cap for Light Verse and Triumph can be different (ex: when using the Precision Intensify Mod). Final Verse’s “Pageflight” no longer applies increased Status Effect Damage to enemies hit by its Paragrimms. This was an undocumented element of Pageflight, but for the sake of transparency, we wanted to inform you of its removal. We believe its removal strikes a better balance and synergy with Status Damage inflicted by Tragedy. NOTE: This is not a removal of the Status Vulnerability added to enemies by Pageflight. We are only removing the unintended additional damage taken from Status Effects. (This change will be undone, good!) Please, it's not that hard!
  17. Yup ^ Ah, your right! The only reason I mention Dante is that it started with him but now I think about it, they should just need to fix OG itself, sorry I not notice that sooner

All of this honesty ^ Psi's Dante Balance Changes After much review and feedback consideration, we recognized that it’s not the damage Dante can deal that needs to be addressed or his accumulation of Overguard. It's how he affects his allies and how disruptive he is to his squad. To that end, we have decided to do a full revert on Dante's Balance changes and have made new changes based on your Feedback!, we're truly sorry that our adjustments nerfed him into the ground. However, finding balance isn’t found simply in the nerfs, but also in the buffs! So we have also given a little bit of love to all his kit! Increased Wordwarden’s weapon damage on warded allies from 30% to 50%. (Unchanged) The Wordwarden felt a bit lacklustre in comparison to the rest of Dante’s abilities, so we gave it a boost to encourage players to experiment and engage with it more. Final Verse’s “Tragedy” no longer has Line of Sight. This felt like the most reasonable change to Tragedy since Line of Sight is broken and Dante was impacted by it. Final Verse’s “Triumph” no longer gives Overguard to his squad. (Note: Dante's Pets can still be given Overguard) For a bit of compensation, we increased Triumph’s base Overguard Regeneration per second from 50 to 100 at Max Rank for Dante Only (can still be modified with Ability Strength). This is to ensure he is no longer disruptive to his squad that relies on mod setups (Exp: Rage) to function. Light Verse can no longer gives Overguard to his squad! Added Overguard note on his Final Verse’s “Triumph” description to make it clear that his Light Verse and Triumph can't affect his squad Final Verse’s “Pageflight” still now applies increased Status Effect Damage to enemies hit by its Paragrimms. For the sake of transparency, We believe its removal strikes were unjust and not ideal for a better balance and synergy with Status Damage inflicted by Tragedy. If players -really- want his Overguard to affect allies for a situation that calls for it then allow Rage mods (and other versions) to work with Overguard or add a function that allies Allies to Opt-in-out of his Overguard with either an Augment or otherwise. -Psi P.S: Since Overguard no longer affects his allies, the only compensation I can think of FOR his allies is that the HP healed based on max health is boosted quite a bit, so he can still remain has somewhat of a support class by healing his teammates. Just do what I listed here, it's that simple Edit: Keep in mind that the main issue is OG itself, not Dante, so the suggested changes are only for Dante
  19. They didn't even revert the overgaurd just added a single-digit Revert ALL the Nerfs, don't bandaid it.
