  1. So I was finally convinced by a buddy to come out of retirement and give Warframe another go (I stopped playing at around 2015), and needless to say, much of the user interface is VASTLY different from what I was used to back in the day... a lot of the UI is more streamlined which is great, but it is also streamlined in such a way that it was honestly quite easy for me to make an incredibly costly mistake... That mistake being the accidental selling of a Prime Warframe I had in my inventory that I clicked on and then flipped around to other pages using the item filter, not realizing at all that items you click on when you switch filters do not deselect, and for some reason my vision was so narrow that I didn't even realize til all too late that it shows a list of selected items to the left, as I was going through my entire inventory with the help from a friend (who also didn't realize this til it was too late...) on what weapons I no longer need to keep in order to make room for newer, more optimal ones (since you do have to still buy or earn more slots...). Of course, I didn't realize I had accidentally sold my ash prime (now vaulted) til I looked that I had more room in my warframe tab and thought (since it HAD been awhile since I played the game after all) that the tabs were shared and so I freed more space by selling a few unwanted guns... In a panic, I looked to see if there was a way to buyback the items I sold, but sadly this... out of all QoL features that I thought for sure the game would have after being out for so long, is still not actually a thing, and it surprised me, thankfully after I brain started working again shortly after being in panic mode for a bit, I looked online for a solution and most people suggested that DE will usually help with such cases, being that it IS possible to buy warframes with platinum from the market and then immediately sell them on accident as a new player if you don't know your way around the UI just yet, which would defs be a frustrating mistake to make and be unable to fix right away as 300+ plat is not cheap... the TL;DR: is... I know that the obvious solution to this problem is "don't be dumb, double check your sell queue and live with the mistake if you make it"... but again, this is honestly such an easy and surprisingly easy to make mistake that I'm genuinely surprised a Buyback or item lock option has not been implemented by DE yet... Don't y'all think that having such features can only be good? Here's a few reasons why I personally believe so: It would drastically cut down on support tickets requiring the restoration of accidentally sold items, would also ease the frustrations of a new or returning player in making such a mistake, having to wait and hope that maybe the support team will help resolve their problem (thanks again to the one who helped me, btw :3 ...) it would mean that it is no longer possible to accidentally sell something since you can immediately buy it back if you do and have not locked said item which would prevent it from being accidentally sold or destroyed in the first place... This is ultimately just a suggestion... I personally am gonna try my best not to make this silly mistake again now that I have better awareness on how the inventory UI works, but I still feel for those that are most likely gonna run into this issue, especially their first time playing the game, and if they don't know about contacting support for said issue then they may even get frustrated and quit the game out before even giving it a chance. I know I almost did after accidentally selling a frame that is no longer possible to obtain without having to trade and pay more plat for it since it is now vaulted...
