  1. Prisma Skana has unique weapon trail and attack fx that aren’t present when “Weapon Elemental FX” is turned off. Other melee weapons (eg Sigma & Ocantis, Dex Dakra, War) retain their unique fx when this option is off so I’m assuming this is a bug.

  2. Kuva Quartakk is missing animations in its aimed/burst-fire mode.

    • The magazine in the back is supposed to lift up with every trigger pull.
    • The barrels are supposed retract temporarily with each shot.
    • The muzzle sparks and smoke particle FX emit from only one barrel at a time sequentially rather then all at once.

Auto mode does not have these issues.

  3. I hope they don’t change it to a sniper myself. Currently it’s basically a souped-up Grinlok, but slower and stronger. Which is all I ever wanted from a semi-auto rifle honestly. Though I would accept the change if they didn’t add a scope or rebalance its stats around whatever combo and zoom bonuses it would get, but I doubt that would happen if they went through with the change.

Chakkurr’s heavy-hitting damage, slow fire-rate, long-but-awesome reload animation, and projectile munitions all make it satisfying to use rather then clunky for me. If they made it just as accurate from hip-fire, it would be almost perfect for my tastes.

EDIT: If the sniper change was basically in name-only and let Chakkurr use sniper-specific mods, then I’d be fine with that basically. As long as it keeps that “elephant gun” feel and the simplicity of a semi-auto compared to current sniper rifles.

  4. If you’re hoping for the devs to read this, I would suggest posting a more concise version of this in the Kuva Lich feedback thread as opposed to General Discussion:

Remember to read the feedback guidelines before you post so you can produce constructive feedback that is easy for the devs to read through.

  5. So far I’m enjoying the new changes, but two aspects have disappointed me so far:

    1. Heavy attacks are just old charge attacks with new VFX. Since they are an integral portion of the new system, I was hoping for some new animations that would standardize their functionality since a lot of the old charge attack animations were awkward to even hit enemies with. I’m especially disappointed that Exalted melee weapons re-use other classes heavy attack animations rather then having unique ones.
    2. Stances that didn’t have enough combos/animations to support every facet of the new system (both variants of neutral and forward combos) weren’t given new animations but instead just don’t have combos where other stances do. It feels like they are unfinished in comparison to the stances that have all four ground combos,

So this isn't true. It can steal from you in the normal missions also. From sorties and kuva siphons/floods too! Possibly relic missions also but haven't tried though yet.

If you clear a node, it can still steal from you on that node in the normal mission. That part might be a bug though.

It seems I stand corrected then! Hopefully it is a bug, but I guess they don’t want you to just flat out ignore the Lich.

I am now forced to do those things, because with this new system, I am FORCED. To play gamemodes I do not enjoy, just to get the loot I came to that planet for, or else over half will be taken from me.

As far as I’ve seen, the Lich can only steal from you if you let it: by choosing the high level version of the node within its territory. It’s like picking between a fissure/nightmare/Kuva mission and the regular mission.

The heavy attack should just be the punches, instead of wasting combo on a lifting attack.

Agreed. It’s completely redundant with heavy slam attacks. They should have made the starting heavy attack the “Barrage Punches” and had the “Axe Kick” be the follow-up.

  9. Harrow Chassis Blueprint Ephemera.

Takes 5,000 Harrow Chassis Blueprints to craft.

Harrow Chassis Blueprints (fake, not actual item drops) just flop out of your Warframe/Operator every time you do something, making a slight jingling sound when they land on the ground or an object. Picking up a Harrow Chassis Blueprint item drop with the ephemera equipped will spawn a burst of fake Harrow Chassis Blueprints accompanied by a short triumphant musical cue and background applause.

  10. I don’t really closely follow the forum community honestly, but if I had to pick someone that stands out...

    Spoiler

    DeMonkey.

An active, well-written Tenno whose posts are almost always entertaining to read. Also gotta respect their dedication to Wukong after all this time.

Other pretty cool posters I’ve seen around that are helpful or that I tend to agree with: MagPrime, taiiat, Loza03, and Aldain.

Now let's move to Empyreon, a gamemode centred in Archwing, we all love Archwing right?

    Let me hear yall thoughts.

My thoughts are that you’re looking at this from the wrong perspective. Archwing is being changed to become integrated into Railjack, not the other way around. Empyrean is the center, while Archwing will be a “side-feature” of the mode.

Plus, the devs have been pretty clear that they’ve learned from the mistakes of Archwing. They’ve been claiming that Empyrean won’t be some “island” of content isolated from the main game, but rather something that connects it all together. Whether they realize that claim will remain to be seen, but they’re at least saying the right things imo.

The only thing I ask is to allow us to use a joystick to take advantage of the Archwing's Experimental Flight method, while keeping our use of Keyboard & Mouse.

This would be so cool. Almost too cool to actually happen. Now I’m sad that this isn’t a thing currently.

  12. Assuming you’re referring to post-Duviri content, I’d personally like to see a few things:

    • New player experience rework. Including another pass over the story progression, bosses, and star chart.
    • Kuva Lich system expanded for every feasible faction. Maybe with the ability to hire former nemesis enemies as your Railjack crew or even micromanage your own private army.
    • A second round of augments for each frame. Focused on promoting alternate play-styles and more dramatic ability changes.
    • Damage/Mods 3.0. Rip that band aid off, please. No pain, no gain as the saying goes.
    • Companions 2.0. Pets have severe mod capacity and AI issues. Sentinels still use the outdated mod conflict system. The stasis system is clunky and unneeded.
    • More events. My Wraith and Vandal collection could use some expanding.
    • Railjack expansion. Focused on integrating the system deeper into the base game. For example I’d love to be able to manually infiltrate a Grineer Galleon and then pick for myself whether I want to sabotage it, raid its spy vaults, exterminate the crew, or capture a key target. Maybe being able to manually fly between planets or take off from open tilesets like the reveal trailer would be cool too.
    • Tau System. A new star chart with new planets, new dangers, and new rewards. Wouldn’t mind being able to manually discover planets using Railjack, since it would be uncharted territory.

Hey, a guy can dream right?

  13. My advice is to be patient and wait for a support representative to respond to your ticket. It can take awhile for them to get to you due to various factors (up to a week supposedly, though I’ve never needed to wait longer then a few days).

Unless you meant that they closed your ticket with no response, which would be quite odd. In that case I’d try resubmitting the ticket with updated information based on the situation you posted here, and any screenshot evidence if possible. Hope it works out regardless, since there’s nothing anyone here in the forums can really do to address your problem.

  14. Disposition changes that aren’t “fair” to you might be perfectly fair to DE, since unlike you they have access to playerbase usage statistics and their “internal weapon power ranking” system that they use to determine Riven dispositions. I’ll also urge to you consider all of the positive disposition changes as well, it’s never just “nerfs”.

Besides, eventually you won’t even have to worry about dispositions changing if the July 2019 developer workshop is correct:

    Quote

When comparing these adjustments with our last set of changes from April, you’ll notice fewer weapons were affected, and changes are generally less drastic. With our internal power rankings in place, and multiple sets of Disposition changes behind us, this trend should continue in the future!

Looks like the goal is a gradual stabilization of dispositions.

  15. Harrow’s abilities:

    1. Condemn: Harrow casts a wave of energy that immobilizes enemies. Each target hit by the attack buffs Harrow’s shields.
    2. PenanceHarrow sacrifices his shields to boost his attack speed and reload speed. A portion of the damage inflicted on enemies while Penance is active is converted to health for Harrow and allies within affinity range.
    3. Thurible: Upon activation, Harrow will start draining energy into his Thurible. Activating the ability again (or running out of energy) will cause the Thurible to generate an aura around Harrow. Any kills by Harrow while the ability is active are converted into energy for anyone inside the aura (boosted by how much energy you sacrificed during the first phase), with even more energy rewarded upon headshot kills.
    4. Covenant: Harrow temporarily makes himself and any allies within affinity range invulnerable. Any damage taken during this invulnerability period is converted into an additive critical chance buff that activates once the invulnerability period expires. Headshots during this buff get an additional critical chance bonus.

For specific information on the abilities and how mods affect them, I would browse the abilities section of Harrow’s page on the Warframe wiki. Hope that helps.
