I started playing the War Within quest and when i came to the part where i had to use the void blast to do the transfernce on the golden maw it would not work after 20mins of trying I restarted the game twice only to restart me from the beginning of the interaction with the golden maw and still isn’t working I cannot play warframe anymore after because it keeps taking me straight back to the mission. I am extremely pissed off

dont worry, lets say you didnt bug out there and got to the end of the quest....You'd be even more pissed. No one on console can get the quest to finish and then if you restart it just takes you back the last fight.  so no one can play warframe on console if you started the WW quest

The worst part is the hame takes you directly back to the queen fight so we can't do anything until this gets fixed

augur's effect is the same as Brief Respite aura

but both of them can't generate overshield more than one time (max shield, use an ability, acquire overshield, next abilities while with overshield doesn't generate any more shield)

unless its an Chroma recasting Vex armor or Harrow using penance, this effect barely helps, until DE remember about this and allow us to stack overshield

    Thanks!

  5. So the mod set bonus is that you get over shields EVERY time an ability is cast right? So would that mean an Atlas landslide spam build would give you like, a crap load of shields? Not sure how it all works amd cant find any vids on it...anyone messed around with this?

You're not practicing on Io right now?  That's how I learned :)

Don't get me wrong, it's WAY harder to get in position in the Plains...my dream for Atlas is that in the rework landslide moves you towards the target even if it's not in range because my one peeve is that 'bzzt bzzt bzzt bzzt' before 'ZOOM BAM BAM BAM!'.  Honestly it feels more like luck half the time.

I'm also not 100% certain what I'm punching when I get the dropship early..I think it's actually the mob inside the ship, and maybe they spawn at a point in time but aren't there initially?

All I know is there's a point where I'm in the sky punching things further into the sky and it makes me very, very happy. :)

Are you actually damaging the Dropship? I just went to io and tried your method with Atlas and I was just punching the guys on the inside but doing no damage to the ship itself....

If you want to make everyone in your group grin, equip the path of statues mod. :)

It's not easy to get high enough with some of them in time, and it's touch and go, sometimes you catch a guy dropping and can use them to punch further into the sky, sometimes you've got floating statues, and sometimes you hit the sweet spot and I'm pretty sure you look like an anime character, but I've mostly been soloing on the plains until just recently and I don't see other Atlases as much.  I have NO idea what it looks like from the outside.

    SUPER satisfying though!

(I REALLY want to know what this looks like from the outside now.  I have a habit of leveling freshly formaed weapons on Io and it's really easy to hit that drop ship that cycles in. I've gotten a couple of fun comments, apparently that's not a thing people see much...and it seems like everyone has a Pavlovian response to the dropships on that map)

You just made my day lol. You better not be pulling my leg! This is the first thing im going to try when consoles get poe!!

Sadly no.  First thing I tried, you can't target him with warframe abilities.

Wouldn't that have been delightful?  And hilarious?

You can still skypunch the heck out of landing craft and such though, that almost makes up for it!

So landslide works on those drop ships if you can jump high enough??? Now thats awesome....lol

Yeah, definitely. Valkyr is currently the main frame I use on hunts and I sometimes use her to finish him off. With her it's different tho because she's invincible, but you can land on him and just warcry and deal more damage than a lot of ranged weapons and it's constant. I would only recommend on final stage because it's just too hard to aim at joints. You can literally spin attack his legs to death on final stage. It's just not very reliable/efficient, but it is fun.

Ah that makes a lot of sense! Ya the whole invincibility thing helps too lol.

You got me thinking... could atlas's landslide work on the final stage of the fight? If that worked that would be enough for me :)

  10. From the vids I've seen it seems like you have to use snipers or other high ammo economy weapons to fight a teralyst.

What I love about wf is you can basically kill anything the way you want to....but not anymore. I love melee and wf abilities but those 2 options seem out of the question now...

So my question: at any phase in the fight can you use wf abilities to damage the teralyst eidolon? Im not asking if it's the most efficient because i definitely know it's not...thanks!

Fun frame but kind of useless coz his 3rd and 4th have no real utility when fighting high level enemies. His 1st is arguably the only useful one out of 4 for 95% of the time and even that said, it's not a really powerful ability.

For me, his aesthetic design is the main reason why I don't like using him, he looks soooooooooooo bad.

Have you heard of path of statues augment mod? With this mod I can kill a lack 100 heavy gunner in 5 to 6 punches...

So I hate knockdowns.  Scorpions, Ancients, Fireblasts, those jerks with the shields, Shockwave Moas, they can all go to Hek.

I was reading up on some of the Warframes they added since I last played and saw Atlas (who bears the name of an Iconic war machine from another of my favorite fictions [sadly that's where the similarity ends]) has immunity to knock downs while he's on the ground, and was like "SWEEET!  I GOTTA GET ME ONE-A THOSE!"  But... in all my time back, I haven't seen a one, not a single, solitary one.  I didn't see him mentioned in the "Best Warframe" topic the other day (which really turned into a favorite frame topic).  So...is he just bad?  Why is he bad?  Does he suffer from "someone does it better for all 'it's" syndrome?

As an Atlas enthusiast i would say GO FOR IT!! He is so fun to use and can hit harder than so many frames with just the press of a button.  mod for power strength and tankiness.  The only complaint is 2 of his 4 abilities are very very lackluster.  but then again, when you punch people so hard they fly hundreds of feet and die almost instantly (even lvl 100 enemies), and you are INVINCIBLE while doing so, you don't need a whole lot more.  Atlas is a very fun and simple frame.  i dont want to worry about all this complicated synergy stuff when i can hit a guy for 150k damage and not get knocked down.  Also, you need to have skill to play with atlas.  A lot of people don't want to take time to roll, block, and evade, but knowing how to do that really increases your survivability with any frame, especially atlas with his high armor.  People want to sit in their snow globe, radial blind people and sit there, Hysteria and sit there with invincibility, Wukong defy and sit there, etc (you get my drift).  Atlas is bad to people because you have to work harder and don't understand his strenghths because they don't take enough time to get proficient with him.

Pro tip: get a Huras Kubrow and be perma invisible punching everything.  You can deactivate the invisibility by meleeing or shooting, but it is nice to go invisible and not have the invisibility broken by using landslide.  I was able to go 90 minutes on Mot Survival in the Void doing this.
